They're working like idiots, ripping out the phone and internet cables in the alley. Then they're arrogant when you tell them to be careful.

Hello, I don't know if their roofing work is impeccable, but their respect for the environment certainly isn't. I witnessed poorly managed maneuvers during the handling of their materials. Using the forklift, they damaged a fir tree during its descent, and unfortunately, the tree is now missing many branches. It's unfortunate to see that the teamwork isn't coordinated to be more mindful of the surrounding environment. (Regarding Christopher Columbus.)

Disrespectful and condescending owner. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. No respect for the property or the neighboring property owner's workspace. I do not recommend this business.

Honestly, the employees act like they own the place... The service is appalling, I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy!

Terrible service, they even hang up on the phone and are rude! They don't even deserve the star I gave them. Avoid them at all costs!!

Roof repairs in downtown Montreal. The work was very well done; some of the finishing touches weren't perfect, but they came back and addressed all our requests. The whole team is very friendly and pleasant!

Objective: to replace a tar roof with an elastomeric membrane. The work was well done and carried out in a friendly atmosphere. Special mention to Chloé for the excellent customer service. CAA is right to recommend them. Thank you!

I bought a building whose roof had been redone by Toitures Mario Dicaire. When I reported a possible leak, they came immediately and ultimately made the correct diagnosis: it was just condensation. Very satisfied with the after-sales service, thank you to the whole team!
