This morning (Sunday), my family was woken at 7:12 a.m. by workers from Toitures Mar Syl who were working on my neighbor's roof, with the radio playing music. In Laval, construction noise is permitted after 7:00 a.m. on weekdays and 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays, but it is prohibited on Sundays. I won't comment on the quality of their work, but I think it's important that companies respect these rules. Sunday is a day when people, including my family, expect to enjoy some peace and quiet. I hope they will take this into account in the future.

  Reply from the business

Thank you for your feedback, Mr. Categi. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the work carried out this morning. Your comfort and peace of mind are important to us, and we will ensure that we comply with city regulations regarding working hours. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to improving our practices in the future.
