First person they sent to quote was very friendly and understood what I was looking for. Gave me a rough estimate of the job, which was very comparable to other quotes but I waited to get actual quote. When I hadn't heard back was told he …

I requested a quote and I think he's taking us for fools. He told me he'd check my dimensions on Google to give me a quote, but I never received it! And I'm not the only one complaining! Hey Joker, I hope you run out of customers, you poor guy!

Worst roofing company ever! They completely ripped us off!! My roof is still leaking after a $2000 job, and when we try to contact them, nobody answers or returns calls, even though we've left several messages on their voicemail.

Excellent service from the initial quote to the actual work. The entire team communicated very well, the work was clean, and they took the time to protect the area around the house before starting and to clean everything up afterward. I highly recommend them if you need your roof redone.

We used this company a few years ago, in May 2017 or 2016 if my memory serves me right, in Aylmer, and we were satisfied with their work. At the time, we dealt with Mr. Emmanuel M., one of their competitors. He was the only one who went up on the roof to inspect and assess the situation, and also to explain what he would do. The quote was clear, precise, and, in our opinion, fair (in 2017/16, I believe). So much so that after seeing Mr. M. and his quotes, two of my neighbors joined us to have their roofs redone by this company on the same day.
