The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Avoid at all costs, the warranty is worthless! I noticed a leak in the chimney, I called several times, and each time it's "yes, I'll come on such and such a day," except they never show up and don't even call to say they won't. You can see light coming through the chimney pipe... Initial Post: 3 stars for the installation, but the finishing touches, the so-called "cleaning" done at the end... - a worker cut through the plywood, the broken pieces of plywood are still in the attic - I just cleaned my gutters which were full of shingles/nails - I found a huge amount of rusty nails in my yard (thanks for the cars and dogs) - I found 2-3 foot long gun racks still in the yard Despite several emails, since I had already paid, I haven't received any further response.

I had my roof done this summer, and frankly, I highly recommend this company. The service, the advice, the cleanliness of the site after the work was completed—everything was impeccable. The workers were really friendly. I recommend them 100%.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 12 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 12, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Toitures Illico. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
