  I've been contacting them since the beginning of August to have some crumbling shingles checked, and I finally got a call back on September 15th. They were supposed to come the following week, but nothing happened. No customer service, no follow-up. On principle, I'm going to keep calling them. Avoid them at all costs.

  This company is completely unreliable and totally unprofessional. They scheduled an appointment for an urgent roof repair, but they never showed up at my house. I tried contacting them three times afterward to find out when they were coming, and I never received a call back.

  Twice in 40 years, I've used their services. Impeccable work, clean worksites, and completed on time. This morning, a Saturday, I had to call them urgently for a leak caused by ice buildup. Customer service was provided within the hour, very courteous, and provided a thorough explanation of the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend Toitures Orléans.

  I've done business with Toitures Ile d'Orléans several times and I've always been satisfied! The same goes for their after-sales service; they don't shy away from helping if there's a problem. True professionals!

  I called on a Monday to request a repair for a piece of shingle that had blown away in the wind. The next day, they called me to ask for a photo, which I sent the same day. After 9 days of waiting and several calls from me, I decided to cancel my request.

  In 2019, instead of a roof inspection report, I received a completely absurd quote for unrealistic work. In short, I paid $300 for a useless quote (even though their website advertised "Free Quote" at the time).
