This company was hired to do my neighbour's roof. Since we share a driveway, I was asked to move my cars out of the driveway for a few days so that they could put the metal container there while they worked. So I did, no problem. I get up …

We apologize for your lateness to work. Sometimes material deliveries require us to move vehicles, and our workers may not have noticed that your car needed to be moved. Regarding the cleaning, we sometimes find nails after emptying the waste container, or it might simply have been an oversight! We have a service team for these situations. We haven't received any calls about this and have no idea what address you provided. Please contact us, and we will dispatch our service team to resolve this issue.

I was recommended this company by friends, but unfortunately, I haven't received a quote from them after waiting for over three weeks, despite calling them three times to follow up. Each time, they're supposed to get back to me within a few days, but still nothing. It's quite insulting when you want to give them a contract and encourage them...

Cossette installed our roof last autumn (2020) and made good on some damage to our house caused by the crew during the installation. On September 8 of this year (2021), I reported that shingles have started coming away from one part of the …

The snow removal was done very well and ontime but did not fulfill everything that we had discussed verbally.

I called Cossette Toitures and Renovations for an emergency snow removal and after saying they would come that same afternoon, they never showed up and never called to say they couldn't make it. Very bad business practice, unreliable and quoted a very high price. Bad customer service. Edit: They were extremely rude when I called back to find out what happened! Do not use this terrible company.

Hello Leo, We're sorry for not getting back to you that afternoon. Unfortunately, our crews took longer than expected removing snow that day because of the huge ice build-up on the roofs. In these weather conditions, it's difficult to know … More

Top notch work on our cottage roof! Workers were highly competent, respectful, and considerate! They were meticulous sealing around the chimney. They did a great job cleaning up too. We were completely satisfied with the work.

Cossette did my roof and shed, and they did a fantastic job. They made the whole experience easy and their crews ensured everything was properly cleaned up after the job was finished. I will be recommending them to any friends and family that will need their roofs done in the future.

Thanks to Toiture Cossette in Gatineau… a well-oiled machine. Building a 3% slope on a 3,000 square foot surface, insulating and installing a heated membrane, capping everything and more in 3 days… that takes some doing! 👍 …

Today, August 30, 2024, I had the shingles on my shed roof replaced by Toiture Cossette in Gatineau, and I am extremely satisfied with the result. From the outset, the roofing team (Kim, Isai, and Gabriel) distinguished themselves with their professionalism and attention to detail. Their interactions with me were respectful and courteous, which made the experience even more pleasant. The work site was kept clean and organized from start to finish, demonstrating their commitment to doing a good job. Furthermore, Kim took the time to answer all my questions. Toiture Cossette has truly earned my trust. In short, I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs, as they offer not only excellent service but also a very positive customer experience.

I can't attest to the quality of their services, but they went out of their way to help after I had a nasty cycling accident so I'm leaving this review to vouch for their character.
