  Customer Service: 0/10 We invested nearly $80,000 in a complete roof replacement, including the installation of a new gutter system and chimney flashing. Measurements were taken and the contract signed in December 2025. The roofing work was finally completed during the week of May 12, 2026. At that time, we were informed that the gutters were still not ready and that we would have to wait approximately two more weeks. It is now three months later, and the gutters are still not installed. Since then, we have followed up numerous times, contacting both the reception desk and the salesperson, and even the company president directly, repeatedly every week. Despite all our efforts, the situation remains unchanged. The situation is now becoming urgent and concerning, as we have water accumulating in our basement. The delays and the lack of gutters are therefore starting to lead to concrete consequences and potentially significant damage to our property.

  These workers were completely disrespectful. They worked on my neighbor's roof and used our property without permission. Parking their truck is one thing, but setting up for lunch right in our faces is unacceptable. They also spent so much time damaging our roof that we'll have to have it re-inspected for safety reasons and because it was newly done. I would have understood if they were working on my roof, but if they're working at my neighbor's, they have no right to eat lunch on our property, come on now. Edit/Reply to the owner: I shouldn't have to call you about something like this. I don't even do business with you guys, and I pick up Tim Hortons cups in my yard at the end of the day. What's going to happen is that if they have to come back and set up on our property again, we're going to file a complaint. We had our roof redone by another company that never had to encroach on the neighbors' property. A complete lack of work ethic. Quite simply.

  The work was done 8 years ago by Eco Énergie; today they have merged with Alto Toiture. I called several times to have the owner himself come and inspect my roof due to water accumulation because there wasn't enough slope to direct the water towards the drain. This was back in May. I told him I was leaving for Europe on May 31st and returning on June 20th. I called him, but it's always the secretary who answers my calls. I asked if it would be possible for the owner to call me several times, but I'm still waiting to this day. I'm very disappointed with the way he's been treated. If he's not interested, he should just tell me, and I'll go elsewhere.

  Too expensive for the quality of service received. Don't ask them to do an inspection; it's expensive and the results are mediocre.

  Hello Mr. Jebali, I find your comment completely unrepresentative of the service you received. While nothing is perfect, I personally handled your case and informed you of the options available: either a site visit with a representative for a free estimate of the work to be done, or having the service team come out to provide a complete and proper report. You chose the second option, knowing that this involves roofing employees paid at the CCQ hourly rate. You received all this information before our visit.   No respect, leaves a lot of garbage, parks the truck anywhere... Regarding the construction in Montreal (St-Zotique / 13th Avenue) on October 30, 2024.

  I ordered my roof shingles to be replaced in September. I chose Alto even though they were more expensive than their competitors simply because they promised to complete the work in early October. They delayed until November, and with the cold weather, several shingles didn't adhere properly. I contacted them, but Mr. Marc Isabelle refused to acknowledge that the shingles weren't properly attached and refused to reattach them (see photos). Last winter, there was a water leak after only four years since the roof was replaced! Update following Alto's response: I contacted Alto, Mr. Marc, and others several times, but they did nothing. I even offered to pay for the necessary services myself.

  I was referred by a neighbor. During the visit, he took photos for a complete inspection and sent an invoice with the photos. We had only asked for a verification, not a full inspection with photos. We called the company several times but received no answer.
