Multiple water leaks. Poor workmanship. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

So far, I'm satisfied with the work they did in October, but I still have a few questions, and I've been trying to contact them since October 2024 without success. My calls haven't been answered, and it's impossible to reach them by email, …

Definitely not a good choice! However, if you insist on doing business with them: 1. Make sure that everything written on the quote has been done. Don't hesitate to "police" them. With the quote in hand, ask the workers questions after each stage of the work and ask them to show you what has been done and what remains to be done. After all, you're the one paying them, it's your right. 2. At the end of the work, DO NOT PAY ANYTHING IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS. Have an inspection done by a certified inspector. You'll likely be in for some surprises. 3. If you have any problems, neither of the owners (Guillaume and Mickael) will answer your calls. You have zero guarantee of the work done with them. There is no after-sales service. For this reason, it is very important to: DO NOT PAY BEFORE ENSURING THAT THE WORK HAS BEEN DONE ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT! My experience: I have a small house extension with a poorly installed roof. I had the roof "re-roofed" by Toitures 15 Nord, but I paid for work that was listed in the quote but was never done. They took the money, and all communication ended there. Knowing I'm right, Guillaume is hiding behind his cell phone, and Mickael never replied to my message. I presume they already have a lot of complaints. There are far more reputable companies and contractors than Toitures 15 Nord, in every respect: quality of work (3 stars), price (1.5 stars), and respect for clients (0 stars).

I dealt with Guillaume, the owner I believe. Toiture 15 Nord had done the roof on the chalet we bought (they had worked with the previous owner). I had a water leak problem, and Guillaume was initially very available and even proposed a …

They came quickly to repair our roof due to a water leak, and the work was done well (at least I think so...). They were supposed to come back later and order our roofing sheets in the meantime, but we haven't heard anything since August. We had signed a contract, and despite our efforts to contact them and a formal notice later, we had to finish the work ourselves. It seems their service is too good to be true at first, and they disappear without a trace. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

I strongly advise against using this company. They are extremely dishonest. Ever since they came to re-cover one of the roofs in my neighborhood this winter, my neighbor's snowblower across the street has disappeared. Real thieves! An Arienns 420 cc for $5000

I just called and I got the person in charge right away on the phone. He seems to be very honest and I’ll ask him a few questions and he did not try to send me anything. I recommend people like this who are straightforward and honest not just to make your estimation and spend money for nothing. Certainly, I will keep this person for future repair.

I'm torn about what to say. We had two roofs done by this contractor: a triplex in 2023 and our single-family home in the summer of 2024. We were satisfied with the prices and the work done. Their team was pleasant and competent. They met …

A 1930s house with many surprises, unfortunately discovered during renovations. Guillaume took the time to consult with me and make the necessary modifications, rather than rebuilding on top of it! A great team, really happy to have worked with them, thank you!

A highly professional contractor with extensive knowledge of roofing structure and insulation issues. In addition to being very competitive on price, he instilled confidence in us by offering effective solutions to the moisture, ice, water infiltration, and insulation problems our property was experiencing, ensuring compliance with, or even exceeding, building codes. Beyond simply replacing the shingles, Guillaume and his team made structural changes to the roof, including replacing the fascias, soffits, and gutters. We also chose Toitures 15 Nord to replace our exterior siding and highly recommend them. Elise and François

We would like to thank the entire team at Toiture 15 Nord for the excellent work they did on the roof repairs of our house and garage. The work was well done and supervised by the homeowner himself, all carried out with courtesy and professionalism. We recommend them without hesitation!

The entire team (Gabriel, Guillaume, and Mikael) at Toitures 15 Nord are professional, knowledgeable, and very reliable. I had my roof replaced and repaired, the attic insulated, and the aluminum windows replaced after a windstorm, all within four years. There is no one else I would call for my roofing needs. Call Toitures 15 Nord; you will not be disappointed. The entire team (Gabriel, Guillaume, and Mikael) at Toitures 15 Nord is professional, competent, and very reliable.
