A very efficient team, but I'm extremely disappointed with the work that was done. Excess shingles on the eaves were cut crookedly, and the soffit and gutters were damaged during removal. The aluminum work (starter, continuous fan) was installed crookedly and poorly secured. I had to go back up on the roof this year to repair the ridge cap that was blown off by the wind after winter. Jack is a very good guy! But I'm extremely disappointed with the work. Especially considering the price was comparable to others.

He never showed up for the appointment he gave us. We texted him. He never answered. Very unprofessional. He never showed up at the promised time, even after we texted him repeatedly.

Raphaël and Ian manage their team of professionals brilliantly. The guys all work together to deliver outstanding results. They are diligent, punctual, and proud of their work. Impeccable job, even with unexpected constraints. They leave the premises clean upon departure. Highly recommended.
