  No professional, no warranty. Roof started leaking within one year after being changed. I called him for repair, he didn’t answer or refused to come and inspect with all kinds of excuses. Finally he came after two weeks, without enough checking, he told me nothing wrong with shingles, I asked him for more inspection as shingles were wavy, then he yelled with F word. He promised 20 years warranty at the time of payment one year ago, now I have to find other contractor to fix leaking. The other contractor inspected and found that the metal in the joint wasn’t installed properly, no enough nail or chalking, a lot of gaps, wood was exposed, metal pieces fell off. To fix leaking permanently, we have to redo the shingle. Extremely terrible work!

  I am disappointed with this roofing company, Extreme Roofing. Gilles Saint-Germain, they installed my asphalt shingle roof with a 30-year warranty. A few weeks ago, I lost two shingle tabs on my roof, so I contacted the company. They took down the color and model information, and a month later, still no news. So I called again, and they told me it wasn't covered under warranty because, according to them, there had been winds of 120 km/h in the area, even though it has never been that windy in the neighborhood [Duvernay East]. Even if that were the case, why not satisfy a customer who trusted them? For two asphalt shingle tabs, a reputable company wouldn't make a fuss over such a small thing. And now they're asking me for $150.00 for the repair, even though the first time I called, they didn't mention any fees. I trusted this company, but I think I made a mistake. I'll keep you updated on further developments.

  Wow! Seriously, wow! Like they say, they don't mess around... and their work was extremely well done and incredibly fast... I'm still amazed! They redid our roof from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm! 🤩 A fantastic team... and their work is a 10/11, top-notch and of superior quality. I highly recommend them if you need your roof done and want a job done well, quickly, with superior quality and reliability, and no unpleasant surprises or rip-offs... and great value for money...   Excellent customer service. Professional and efficient team. The final price matched the estimate despite a few surprises along the way… amazing! Our property was cleaner after they were done!   Everything went well, on time, everyone was nice and polite, it seemed like a good job! They were safe and left the area clean, using a magnet three times to collect all the nails on the site. August 2022 is obviously too early to assess the waterproofing. June 2023: no leaks, no dislodged tiles, everything is normal. Good work!
