My roof is leaking due to the recent installation by ASM in Bordeaux. I called, and they promised to come and look at it and repair it, but then stopped answering the phone for over a week. It leaked near the chimney. Be careful with this company; I have to hire someone else who is more competent and reliable.

Leaking roof, terrible service. Promised to come and assess the repairs three times but always failed to show up. If I had the time, I'd take him to court.

Don't do business with Eric! He doesn't use the right materials on the roof, and as a result, the roof leaks! He says he'll come and do the repairs but never shows up. He takes your money but doesn't do the job properly. I have a case in small claims court.

I made a $5000 deposit to start the job. He never showed up and still refuses to give me my deposit back. Beware of this scam!

Before hiring this contractor, carefully read the advice on the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) website. This could save you money and prevent problems. You can also verify their license on the RBQ website.

He did a repair on our roof that only lasted a few days. We called him several times, but never received a satisfactory response or a guarantee on the work. We had to call another contractor who came and repaired our roof.

I hired ASM Roofing to redo my roof in June 2020. My roof leaked with the first rain. They came back several times to repair it because they only do quick fixes... very poor repair. It needs to be redone next summer. …

I had the roof done in October 2019, and in the spring of 2020 I called him to tell him that the roof was still leaking... He kept postponing the appointment; it's now November and it's still not fixed...
