  Dosn't show up. Roof leading in less than six months. Will not reply to calls. Had other work done as well--they do not follow up. Just get paid and exit. Even the main phone number now doesn't work. They do commercial and residential. Give a good pitch, nice and responsive to get the business, then disappear.

  The 3 young men I can in contact with were extremely rude, insulting, and unprofessional. The constant giggling when they were supposed to be providing information let me know they were not serious about the work as well. Would not recommend.

  If anyone uses this company to replace their roof, they will regret it later because they don't honor the warranty and give all kinds of excuses and don't solve the problem. My porch has been leaking everywhere for 7 months. Scott told me it would dry out, but summer has passed and they haven't solved the problem.

  Did a good job on the roof, giving them a 1star for safety. Guys threw roofing material down and obstructed walkways. Currently seeing them for medical responsibility for my wife tripping and dislocating her shoulder over the materials they had strewn about.

  These guys were absolutely fantastic! Not only did they do an outstanding job on my roof and windows, they also pointed out defects left from the original home builder and corrected them. Excellent communication throughout the process and really straightforward. Highly highly recommend. 👍👍

  Twice I've had to have my roof replaced, and twice it's been more than a pleasure dealing with the people at Titan Contracting. From has become more than a friend. The only way I like to spend my money.

  Your crews did great work on the roof, fence and back door. However, the fence gate still needs work. This has been called to your attention last week but is still unresolved.

  Stripped the roof all the way down, laid new underlayment installed gaff armor shield 2 hail, resistant, pewter gray shingles - Solid job 1 day turnaround - if something goes slightly wrong, they’re quick to address it and fix it the true measuring stick for any five star review IMHO.

  Josh, who handled my storm damaged house is very knowledgeable and well versed in the insurance process and took the time to meet with the insurance adjuster and explain things to me. He and his crew finished the job quickly and on time using only high quality materials and labor. Josh was always quick to respond to my many, many questions and calls. The owner Troy and the office staff also responded quickly when I needed documents for an early closing on the house sale. This is a very high quality professional company, thank you so much!

  I am writing this review to let you know about the superb quality and customer service provided by Danny, Miguel and crew. As a Senior Program Manager for the Army Corps of Engineers Southwestern Division for over 20 years providing oversight of construction programs at military and other federal facilities, I have encountered a number of large and small contractors. I can say with all honesty that work performed by Miguel and crew stands out as some of the best I’ve seen. Miguel’s customer focus was excellent and made this a pleasant experience. I commend Miguel for his superlative flexibility, attention to detail and customer focussed services. We can't say enough about the transformation and improvements this project has provided.   Titan did a great job on my roof. My whole roof was replaced in one day start to finish. Rahim Carter oversaw the project and was very responsive with me and my insurance company.

  Had a great experience working with Titan after a recent hail storm. We needed a new roof, gutters and our fence was also damaged. Danny guided us through all the steps with our insurance and was always available to answer any questions. We are so pleased with how it all turned out. Great job!
