A five star all round for “Tip Top Contracting”. A very competitive price on a contract signed before May 1st and work which has just been completed in two days for two townhouses. I was on site to observe their work and I can confirm the quality of the product installed as well as the unrivaled professionalism of the entire team on site. The boss “Arron” is very proactive, present around his team and ensures the quality of the work! I recommend it 100%

If I could give Arron 6 stars, I would! We had a leak in our kitchen and we had several people come in to determine the cause of the leak. No one could figure it out except Arron - he came in and knew exactly what the issue was, sealed the areas and saved us a bunch of unnecessary expense. He guaranteed his work and was sure about the cause of the leak. We waited for a few heavy rain storms and sure enough there were no more leaks! He really knows roofs and if you have any issues with your roof, he is the person to call. In addition, he then fixed up our kitchen ceiling that had to be opened. He is meticulous in his work, super honest and professional. I would highly recommend him for any of your roofing needs.

Our Tiptop Contracting roof replacement experience was excellent ! This company was very thorough, detailed orientated and engaging with us all the way. A very hard working team and efficient throughout. Diligent service provided and they went beyond the norm for roof replacement services in some respects which we didn't expect, but were very impressed with none-the-less!.

Aarron looks like an enterprising business owner, I am concerned my ice dam issue, he checked my roof and vent, suggested to replace a smaller vent and promise it gonna significantly avoid the ice dam. We will see this coming winter. I feel good about his job swapping the vent.

Arron was knowledgeable and fixed our venting issue. He took the time to ask questions and determine exactly what was required so that he could come prepared for the job and have it repaired in one trip for an extremely reasonable price.

I recently had the pleasure of working with TipTop Contracting. Late this fall we had hired them for a roofing project, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism. The communication was clear and prompt; they kept me updated every step of the way and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The pricing was unbeatable—after getting several quotes, it was clear that TipTop contracting offered the best value without sacrificing quality. They were transparent with the cost and explained exactly what was included, so there were no surprises at the end. What stood out most, was their punctuality. They arrived exactly when they said they would, completed the work on time, and made sure the job was done to perfection. After the roof was finished, they did an excellent job cleaning up the site, leaving my property spotless. Which was very important to us as we have animals and small children. I highly recommend TipTop contracting for anyone in need of roofing services. Their combination of great communication, fair pricing, and top-notch work was hard to beat.

I was in contact with Aaron a couple of months before he did our roof. I was very impressed with how much time he took answering my questions (and there were a lot of them) and how quick he was to respond to them. I also really liked how transparent his quote was detailing each and every expense, including labour. I met with larger roof companies as well and after talking to them and TipTop the 3k extra you were paying for to go with the bigger companies was simply "labour costs." Aaron's crews were polite, hardworking and did a great job cleaning up the site at the end. I would definitely recommend TipTop for any roofing job!
