  Had I written this review a year ago, it would have gotten 4 stars. Derrick and team were able to fit us in when others couldn't, Derek talked about warranty on the work and seemed to really stand behind it. There were a couple of scheduling hiccups, but ultimately we were pleased with the job overall. Since at least April (I actually can't remember whether it started earlier) we've been dealing with a leak that has resulted in damage to our interior walls and ceiling. We were told there was a labour shortage, which I understand and for which I think we've had a lot of grace given that it's August next week. What has NOT been okay is that: * On numerous occasions, we've called and just received NO response. * On one occasion, we were told "someone will be by on DATE" and not only did they never show, but there was no follow up. * On another occasion in June, we were told that the issue with getting labour was being sorted out and "it will be resolved within six days." Again, it is now almost August, and we didn't hear back before I called in early-mid July to try to unstick this. I was told I'd receive a call back and never did. It's not in my nature to leave a review like this. I'm a firm believer in addressing problems 1:1, but unfortunately that pathway feels really unavailable to me given what I've outlined above. Since I can't actually get a call back or commitment to address the work I need done on a warrantied project, I'm going to have to incur expenses with another roofing contractor to fix the problem as well as expenses to fix the internal damage to my home. Almost 4 months into this problem with no apparent pathway to resolution has left me with the options of this review and a report to the Better Business Bureau as the tools I have available.

  patched my roof...it only held for about a month or 2 and it lifted...called it a cash job with no warranty...patch didn't hold and says he's too busy to come by and fix it

  Discovered a leak on Saturday. They answered call and were at my home shortly after. Very reasonable quote given and repairs were completed on the following Monday. Workers were friendly and efficient. Will get further business from me!

  Excellent job! Reasonable price, they were able to come help us with a new roof prior to winter. It was a relief they fit us in and we don't have leaks! Worth checking them out for a roof quote!

  I called and the responded back quickly . Said he should be able to do today..called and said it may not happen..but in the end were able to come and got it fixed quickly. Thank you so much. Very much appreciated. Do recommend

  Derrick, Brandon and the crew were awesome. They had great communication throughout the process of our roof installation and their work was top notch. As well, they're attention to details like fixing flashing, taking care of vent coverings, and leaving gutters clean was hugely appreciated. They left the job site pristine each day and finished it up in a timely manner. Much appreciated guys !!!

  Every employee of Tilley Roofing, from management to staff, were extremely helpful and motivated at all times during a last-minute roofing project that they completed with courtesy, skill and professionalism. Combining that with fair pricing and open lines of clear communication during the entire roofing project, it is clear that Tilley Roofing takes great pride in their finished products and the well-earned reputation that their projects have earned them. I would not hesitate to recommend Tilley Roofing to friends, family members or passers-by that have already commented on our new roof. An excellent experience all around.

  We got 3 estimates and decided to go with Tilly Roofing. Derek and his crew scheduled us in so fast , if was fantastic. We were very pleased with their work. It was done fast, precise, and we were so happy how clean the crew left our property! We would recommend Tilley Roofing to anyone who is looking for a job well done and at an affordable price !   Derrick was very professional and easy to deal with. I was extremely pleased with the turnaround from the estimate to when the job was started and then completed. My elderly parents needed new shingles and some minor repairs. The overall quality of the job was just excellent. Definitely will use his service again!!

  We had a super bad roof and Derek and his crew came and fixed us up quickly! The work was super and the clean up was excellent! I would highly recommend them.
