  They did not do a good job. My roof is leaking and he refused to fix it. Workers were rude and did not speak English. They did not replace the rotted wood under the shingles like the contract said they would so the new roof is dipping in. The workers cut down our 30 year old lilac bushes without asking permission and left nails all over our property which have given me one flat tire so far and I am still finding them a year later. Do not use this roofing company they are extremely unprofessional and the man who owns the company doesn’t even care if the job is done correctly or not once he has your check in hand.

  Did a horrible job painting my siding. Two years later it is beginning to rot. I called them back and got no answer. I will be contacting the BBB. He is also racist.

  We recently had Thomas Burke replace a section of our roof that was particularly problematic during heavy, windy rainstorms. Several contractors had tried and failed to fix the issue. Thomas got right back to me on the phone and came out to my house within a few days. He quickly proposed a solution on the spot; the price was very reasonable. Within a week his team showed up @ 7:00am as promised and finished the job in several hours. Excellent! Everyone was professional and courteous. We've since had two torrential rain storms that put the roof to the test. No leaks! We could not have been happier with our experience with Thomas Burke and his team. Great job. Michael Dolan

  Last year, we had a front entry added to our house, and it became immediately apparent that we needed a new roof. We called Burke Roofing, and got an estimate, and decided it was a go. The process was great at every step. One concern we had was getting our solar hot water panels removed and reinstalled, which was done by our solar contractor, and the roofers were careful when working around the fittings to which we would have the solar reconnected,. I was impressed with how it went. They worked rapidly but not in a rush, and the place always looked clean at the end of the day. And the results were, as you can see, beautiful.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Tom and his company. They had been out in the winter to help with ice dams and we had expressed having him come back in spring. He reached out and we scheduled. The roof looks great and we have received compliments from our neighbor. Tom was very responsive, listened to our concerns and responded. Work was completed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Thomas Burke roofing. They did an excellent job. The price was consistent with two other quotes. They arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled with excellent communication throughout the process.

  In late May 2026,Thomas Burke & Sons reroofed my house in Wakefield, MA and also replaced the gutters The job took 2.5 days. Thomas Burke provided a fair estimate and schedule for the job, a clear contract setting out the job scope, and sufficient advance notice of the start date. There were no extra charges beyond the contract price. I was very satisfied with the workmanship of the 5 man crew and with the overall results. The crew was always very responsive to my questions and requests. They left the job site very clean every night, and at the end of the job. I highly recommend Thomas Burke & Sons.

  We were so impressed regarding the attention to detail and the fact that they did the job right!! Not only does our new roof look fabulous, they left our property spotless as well!! The team was courteous and kind! A local family business that has been around since 1941, it’s no wonder why they are still standing! We appreciate these guys!!!

  Thomas Burke did my roof/skylights 2 years ago and my gutters last year. I reached out to him after the storm in late January and he sent a crew to shovel, break up ice in my gutters and apply calcium chloride. They came out again today to follow up and proceeded to break up more ice and reapply the calcium chloride. In all of these experiences I have found him responsive and the cost was reasonable and competitive as I had made other calls to compare. His crew was efficient, friendly and hardworking. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences and would highly recommend his company for any of your roofing/gutter needs.

  Thomas Burke Roofing came to our house to clear ice and snow from our roof because ice dams were causing water to leak into the house. I appreciated the quick and easy communication and willingness to solve the problem.

  Very happy with their ice dam service. The son is polite and professional and they're priced fairly for the job that they do. I had several quotes that were at least 2.5x the cost and would have dealt with less than the whole roof.

  Called them to remove ice dams, Tom (father) had great communication and gave fair pricing, other companies were asking double his price. Tom (son) came with his guys and removed all ice and snow, shoveled, and put ice melt done. I’ll be using these guys again for sure.

  I was really satisfied with the workmanship of Tom’ crew. They were very efficient and worked in a timely manner, were thorough and did a great job cleaning up each day at the work site. I was also impressed with the owners responsiveness and stayed on top of the crews work and gave me good feedback and recommendations. I would recommend Thomas Burke Roofing to anyone and especially for their years of experience .

  I recently had Tom and his crew replace my home's gutters and install gutter guards. He was responsive, knowledgeable, fair on price, and got the job on their schedule very quickly. The installation was professional and completed over the course of two consecutive days. The new gutters look great and are working well.

  Thomas Burke and Sons Roofing recently replaced our roof. The crew was timely, efficient, frenziedly and very professional. They cleared what they needed before draping protective tarps. They cleaned up each afternoon at the end of the work day. Price was very fair and I can honestly say we had no complaints, concerns or issues at all. That seems to be the exception with many contractors in recent years. Very highly recommended.

  Nice family friendly company. The whole team was professional and very patient with curious kids "supervising" from the kitchen window. We did a garage tear off re-shingle and new gutters. There were several rotten boards they had to replace and they got it done super fast. When I mentioned the water tends to pool and ice at a certain spot they suggested a better gutter drain direction/point to help avoid that. Very happy all around.
