  If Pinocchio were alive and he worked for this company, he'd have a difficult time walking around in the office with a nose so long for the fibs he would tell. That is my experience after an inspector from this company said that my deck was in great condition and didn't need to be resurfaced. Two months later I called the number posted on my door and the woman (who answered and was mentioned on the post) said that I would be listed for EXEMPTION. When my HOA called she back peddled faster than a marathon cyclist and claimed to have told me I got an "extension". What a bunch of B.S. I hope my HOA never uses this company because a business that won't just say, sorry, I made a mistake and call a homeowner, of 14 years a liar, needs to have a lesson in customer service. If they won't tell the truth, how can you trust their work ethic?

  i cannot recommend them enough. i needed new gutters, but they were the original ones on my house, with flashing tucked under my old roof system. i decided to move forward with a full exterior update, and i am so glad i did. to get the work completed the right way, i reopened an existing roof insurance claim that i had struggled to move forward on as a homeowner. with the help of damian and his team, and after several back-and-forth talks with the insurance company, they finally approved a full roof replacement. that made all the difference because my gutters were installed beneath the shingles, so replacing the roofing was really the proper way to handle it. i worked with the crew for several months, and they truly stood up for me throughout the process. as a woman homeowner, i was very thankful that liam made sure i understood each step and had support the whole way. i now have a beautiful new roof, siding, soffit, and gutters, and the finished result gave my home a fresh new look. i also needed a little paint work on the existing trim, and they made that part easy by pointing me in the right direction to finish everything off. communication from the roofing contractors was top tier, and the whole project felt organized, professional, and stress-free. highly recommend.

  Thomas Brothers Roofing Service did an excellent job fixing our roof. We were given two clear options for the repair, each with its own cost and benefits, so we could pick what worked best for us. The team explained everything simply and made sure we understood the process. Even though the schedule was a bit delayed because of high demand, they made sure to put a temporary seal on the leak right away to keep our home dry until the full repair could be done.
