  IT JUST OCCURED TO ME THAT HE DID NOT EVEN USE HIS LAST NAME WHICH SEEMS A LITTLE SUSPECT ALSO IT SEEMS TO ME HE IS ALSO A CONTRACTOR WHICH I DONT KNOW IF THAT MEANS ANYTHING BUT ALL OF THIS SEEMS VERY ODD AS TO WHY WOULD HE PUT THIS ONLINE AND WE HAVE NEVER EVEN BEEN TO HIS HOUSE EITHER JUST SAW PICTURES AND WHAT THE INSURANCE SAID AND I NEVER RECIVED A DIME FRROM HIM SO HOW COULD HE BE INJURED FROM MY COMPANY AS ALL WE DID WAS GIVE A RESPONSE FOR FREE. TOLD HIM COULD NOT HELP UNLESS AN ITEL WAS DONE TO PROVE NOT AVAILABLE. WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION HE WAS ALREADY TOLD THAT AND IS WHY WE NEVER WENT TO THE HOME. LOTS OF FOLKS TRYING TO GET STUFF FR%OM INSURANCE COMPANIES THEY ARE NOT ENTITLED TO.

  A few months ago a tree fell on my house, and after Thermal Roofing was reccomend I'm so happy they were. Kerri was amazing in the process, of working with my insurance, and got my roof replaced in no time. The crew they had were kind and worked fast, I have 4 kids so they made sure they got all the nails up as possible. I'm still waiting on the results of the siding, and I will update when ever I hear information on that. .......................................................................... UPDATE:: I have tried multiple times to contact Kerri, about siding. The siding wasn't really important to me in the first place. They took a peice of siding off the side of the house. Even if I wasn't approved by insurance for siding that's fine. I just wanted that peice put back on that they took off, because I have had a black patch on the side of my house for all most a year now. And now I'm going to have to contact someone else to come fix it. The roof was done so fast and easy and that's bc my insurance covered it. I just wanted communication. Every time I called I was forwarded to voice mail. Then a text came thru that they would call shortly or the next day. I never recieved a call. Text messages that was never answered. I gave a 2 star because the roof was done so fast. I'm not sure what happened. Or give me the color of my siding so I can order the peice they took off. I'm tired of having a black patch there, it looks awful.

  Do not use this company. They did not fix the issue we had with our roof even though they came twice to repair. Finally had a real roofing company fix the “many” mistakes that Thermal made! Issue was made worse with caulking and “repair” of house trim (which caused water to dam up and leak into our garage.)

  Why is this still on here?The picture they posted was why we were called out there in the first place. Told the them the repair probably wouldn't work that it needed done properly. Did with no guarantee and theh had another problem and we wfnt back even though no guarantee and did not charge them. My mistake for trying to help!

  We used them to do fix our roof a while ago and then referred them to a family member when they’re roof also needed redone. Jay told us he would write us a $200 check for each referral we sent his way as long as they informed him of the referral when he came out. So far we’re 2 months and 4 separate phone calls in and still no check. The excuses this far have been that a “woman at the office was supposed to mail it and never did.” That was month ago, after another phone call today she “has been out of the office sick for a long time and the only other person that can write the check is in Cancun.” It’s a shame when a company makes excuse after excuse instead of standing by their word and makes you chase them down. If you hold someone’s word as a high value, you may want to look elsewhere.

  I requested a quote for wind damage repairs to my sofit. Never heard back after their rep inspected and took photos. It's a good thing that their ads don't say " no job too big or small".

  We have NO record of you ??? Are you sure you are responnding to the right company? We give quotes on jobs we know that we can do properly. If it was us, maybe the estimator, knew that this was a job that we could NOT complete, up to our standards. Or, possibly the material, is NO longer made, and could NOT repair it with miss matched materials. Which I am pretty certain would NOT have made you happy either.   Jay walker has to be one of the if not the best guy to work did a phenomenal job on the roof and came back for an addition of a bathroom roof vent we will continue to work with Jay walker for all of our roofing and siding needs !

  Thermal Roofing installed our new roof just two days ago. We interviewed three different companies and we chose Thermal because they had a tear off plan that was most effective in protecting our shrubs and plants. Thermal also has the most years in business. They were very good at communication when we had questions and we will most definitely recommend them. We love our beautiful new roof and the clean up afterwards was amazing!

  I was recommended to Thermal by a family member after I had major storm damage to my home after only owning the house for 6 months. Thermal stepped in during a very difficult moment of my life and did a full gutter and full roof replacement and did a phenomenal job. I will be recommending Thermal Roofing and Siding over and over again!

  I recently had Ted Brunker from Thermal Roofing and Siding install my roof, gutters, gutter guards, and repair my soffits. They did an exceptional job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I absolutely love my new roof and gutters! I would highly recommend them!
