  For over 40 years, I’ve been a licensed roofing contractor serving this community, holding an unlimited roofing contractor’s license in Illinois. When you contacted us about roof and ceiling repairs, we inspected your property and found significant damage—missing shingles, holes, and popped nails that had allowed water to leak in. I explained the risks of repairing a roof in such poor condition but since we were there I offered seal the most critical and obvious areas for $200, a deeply discounted rate far below our standard minimum repair. You agreed to these terms, and the repairs were completed. When the leaks persisted, I promptly offered to return and address the issues at no additional charge, as promised. During that conversation, you also asked about other work, including a new roof and interior repairs, and I provided only ballpark estimates. We scheduled a follow-up meeting, but you canceled. Despite my immediate response and willingness to reschedule, you never followed up and instead posted a wholly untruthful review. To accuse us of “ripping you off” is an outright lie. You never gave us the chance to fully address your concerns. This kind of action just proves what a horrible person you really are. To prove my point, our last communication was absolutly polite without any note of dissatisfaction at all, and I've shared it in a screenshot on our Google business page photos for all to see. Good luck with your roof!

  Our home is now more than 20 years old and although we were not experiencing any particular issues with the roof I decided to have someone come over and take a look. I found Shingle Company on a Google search, called and made an appointment for an estimate. Mark from Shingle Company showed up and personally piloted a drone with a high-resolution camera to fly up there and take some photos (we have a very tall house). After reviewing the photos he emailed me a few of the photos that showed evidence of hail damage on the roof, so he suggested that I call our insurance company just to get an estimator out and have a look at it, which is what I did. I let Mark know when the estimator was scheduled, and he showed up to personally meet with him. Incredibly, Mark actually had the estimator follow him up a ladder to the very top of my house so he could show him exactly where the trouble spots were. When the estimator came down, he seemed pretty impressed by the team's roofing knowledge and told me that the insurance would cover the entire roof replacement! I was absolutely shocked by this - no way was I expecting a free roof when I made that call (less my deductible, of course) but I mean this was really incredible. After that the Shingle Company team helped me out with the insurance claim and also provided a selection of replacement shingles (along with reference addresses so I could see the shingles on an actual house). They put me on their installation schedule, showed up on time and had everything taken care of perfectly in a single (albeit long) day. The roof looks fantastic and I could not be more pleased. All I can say is this is a trustworthy and reliable company and they do a great job!

  The team, from Mark down, was efficient, honest, and friendly. It only took 2 weeks from signing of contract, to completion. The price was significantly cheaper than other quotes we received while maintaining the same quality of others. The warranty was also the best we had seen. Would highly recommend using The Shingle Company!

  The Shingle Company was great to work with through and through. Mark, John and Brian were very helpful from the start of the process, to getting scheduled, to getting the roof up and done in one day. Would definitely recommend.

  If you are looking to get your roof done I would recommend calling the shingle company Incorporated they are not only very professional but they take the time to explain everything that is going on with your roof I would highly recommend this company
