  from the first meeting for my roofing estimate through the final cleanup after the new roof and gutter installation, i was very impressed by the care and real customer service throughout the whole project. james made sure everything was explained clearly and followed through from start to finish. brody and his roofing crew arrived on time each day, worked hard, stayed focused, and showed great attention to detail on every part of the roof work. whenever i had questions, brody took the time to answer them with confidence and in a simple way that made the process easy to understand. after the roofing job was finished, they cleaned up the property well and made sure no debris, nails, or leftover materials were left behind. dwayne and the gutter crew were just as professional, organized, and detail-oriented, and the finished gutters looked excellent and fit the new roof perfectly. the office team also kept everything moving smoothly with good communication, scheduling, and follow-up, which made the entire experience stress-free. in sun valley, it is important to have a roof and gutter system that can handle strong sun and seasonal weather, and this crew clearly knew what they were doing. the workmanship looks beautiful, and the finished project went beyond what i expected. i am extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them for any roofing or gutter job.

  A roofing crew installed a new roof on our older home, and both the shingles and the workmanship were excellent. We have had roof replacements before, but this was by far the best roofing job we have seen. The crew worked fast and efficiently, stayed courteous and thorough, and left the property very clean when the job was done.   After talking with several roofing contractors who only focused on limits, Brody was the one who clearly explained how the full exterior roofing project could be handled. He came out the next day to inspect the house and roofline, check the siding, windows, and gutter system, and I received a detailed quote that same week. We needed a full exterior upgrade, including a complete roof replacement, new siding, new windows, and seamless gutters. What I expected to be a long project was completed much faster than I imagined. Brody and his crew stayed organized, kept the job moving, and finished everything in about a month. The roof tear-off and replacement moved quickly, the windows were installed in just a couple of days, and the siding and gutter work were wrapped up right after that. The crew did great work from start to finish.   we were concerned about possible roof leaking after noticing moisture above one of our fire alarms where there are no plumbing lines. after setting up a roofing inspection with brody, james came out and spent plenty of time checking the roof and the inside area near the moisture spot. james carefully explained that the issue was not caused by a roof leak, but by moisture building up from not using the bathroom exhaust fan after showers nearby. he shared helpful advice, pointed out a few ways to help extend the life of the roof, and was honest about what did and did not need attention. we really appreciated that he did not try to sell us unnecessary roof repair work. he also did not charge for the inspection and treated it as part of a free roofing estimate. it is great to find a roofing company with real integrity, clear communication, and professional service in sun valley.

They were not able to complete everything that first day, but what stood out to me was how careful they were with my property. Once we decided to move forward, the crew began as soon as the weather allowed for safe roofing work. dwayne and the team were friendly, respectful, and very hard working from start to finish. The full reroof project took about four days, even with extra structural work needed on part of our 33 square roof deck. They installed new vents, repaired the skylight areas, added a cricket for better water runoff, and gave the roof edges and flashing a clean finished look. brody also made sure the job site stayed organized and safe throughout the project. My husband and i were extremely happy with the workmanship. Each day they left the roof watertight, which gave us real peace of mind. Since we have small kids and pets, we really appreciated how carefully they cleaned up nails, staples, and debris before leaving every evening. the crew was thoughtful, neat, and easy to have around.
