  Lance showed up 2 days after our appointment. Was rude argumentative and cocky. He didn't climb in my roof. He simply gave me a price and left. He's very unprofessional and isn't to be trusted.

  Called beginning of September to schedule an appointment. Lance came out for an estimate promised to get a estimate out to me by end of day didn’t hear back for over a week I called back on sept 28 they said Lance would reach out and still never heard back and it’s now Oct. 9th. Don’t waist your time since they will waste yours.

  I keep calling and Noone answers the phone, I get the voice-mail and she says to leave a voice-mail and to say my number two times. Then it says voice-mail is full. Horrible customer service people! I guess you don't want new customers.

  Megan, since the recent storm, we have received well over 300 requests via many sources of communication...email, phone calls, voicemails, texts, website, Yelp etc. Every roofing company has the same employee they had before the storm. We have worked late everyday for 2 weeks including weekends. Roofing companies are overwhelmed from the storm. Regards, Karey

  The company damaged my ac unit when reinstalling it. Caused major flooding water damage inside of house. Our home has carpet. Our ac is a brand new unit. Bought our home 2 years ago never had a problem. I took videos n pictures of the poor quality. I had to call a ac tech to house to fix the problem pay out of my pocket take a day off of work to fix the problem. Company denied all damages n refused compensation. The inconvenience and finances coming out of pocket are U acceptable

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly the worst in the area. Shows up to the job drunk and hungover. Never would reccomend.

  Not Good... Does not answer emails or rarely any phone calls.... Another one of those.. "how do they stay in business??... " riddles... Old fashioned good customer service... what happened to this etiquette? Why can't people answer the phones today w/ some kindness and warmth? Why the attitude? Are they selling Gold for a dollar an ounce? Why so many rude women today? Is it so hard to be nice over the phone? Pass it on... (kindness) maybe it'll come back to you...

  I have used the services of The Roof Doctor twice. The first time, the Hawaiian fixed a portion of my roof that rain had leaked from into my house. He took before and after pics to give me an idea on what the damage was and how he solved the problem. Great job done! The second service came after a big windstorm that tore off many shingles off of our roof. Lilly from the front office coordinated a team of guys to strip down and replace those missing and damaged shingles. The after pics blew my mind! They did great! Both times the estimated fees were in my budget. My stress and anxiety over this issue is relieved by their professionalism. Thank you so much! Sandra C.

  Roof Estimater Charles - Henry did a fantastic job. Thorough inspection with pictures to show the work was completed. Very respectful and honest. I definitely recommend.

  I was referred to this business by my neighbors, and it turned out to be a great experience—especially as a busy working parent. My roof was repaired within a week, just in time for the rainstorm the following week.

  We hired The Roof Doctor to reroof my Mother in Law's roof and they have been nothing but great. Lance provided the quote and made us feel like we were a priority. They used a drone to look at the roof, take pictures, and do thermal imaging. The crew redoing the roof worked hard and knocked it all out in 3 days. Tim was a pleasure to work with as well.   Rick from the Roof Doctors came over to inspect and gave me a quote for my insurance claim for a new roof. He was very professional and sent me a quote the same day. Highly recommend The Roof Doctors.

  The only complaint I have about this company, is that there is a distinct lack of communication. Not only did they do my job and do it beautifully, but they brought pictures down before and after the job! THEIR FEET HAD NOT BEEN ON THE GROUND FOR 5 MINUTES, AND THE NEXT STORM STARTED! In that short amount of time, the roof repair held and my house was completely dry! THANK YOU ROOF DOCTOR! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS, THEY ARE REAL PEOPLE!!!

  Great and knowledgeable people and organization. Found problems I did not know about but did not pressure me to do anything. Rather they gave me a range of options. They were fast too. Outstanding workmanship.

  Found Roof doctor on yelp search to find someone who could take care of my leaking roof before the heavy rains came and would definitely cause more damage. Karey was one the first one to respond on a Saturday morning and found a way to send out a crew to check it out. I was just hoping to have it tarped for the meantime and then get it repaired later but to my surprise they were able to locate and correct the issue in about an hour. So I was more than pleased with the service they provided me and I will definitely be calling them in the future for my roofing needs

  The guys did a great job on our roof. On time and well coordinated. What was especially impressive was that we were delivered a bad batch of shingles and the guys took the extra time to get them replaced before too much of the installation was done. They could have not cared as much and just installed them, but they made it right. Makes me feel confident in the rest of the job as well. Great job!
