I don't even really know what to say about chehalis location other than I have know idea how they are in business. I will never call them for service again and certainly will never recommend them to anyone else.

Steve Bleth, it's upsetting to hear that you did not receive the top-notch service we strive to provide.

Called for an estimate, someone came out and looked, the next day provided an email with an estimate. The estimate did not have details, just the price. No details about what needs to be done. I thought that was odd. I should have known …

On the bright side the roof doesn’t leak however we are still finding nails and staples around the house.

Not a client, but I just almost got hit by a truck from this company that swerved into my (oncoming) lane while the driver was playing on his cell phone.

I am very happy with my dealings with the Roof Doctor company. Manuel who I dealt with was very easy to talk to while sharing his roofing information. His crew that replaced my roof did a great job with the roof replacement along with the clean up. I highly recommend the Roof Doctor if you are in need of their services for a project.

Manuel and his crew did a fantastic job replacing a messed up old composition roof with metal on my shop in Morton! Got it done on a tight timeframe before Thanksgiving, and got the gutters on before the worst of the atmospheric river. Highly recommended.

We had a severe leak in our roof. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the price for a new roof was so high from other quotes we received. In addition others also had terrible warranties. The Roof Doctor was the most affordable and the quality is great! Manuel, Ramiro and his team got our old roof off and new one put on in one day. They were very professional and knowledgeable in the trade. It looks great and we are so relieved. Thank you!

We had an excellent experience with Roof Doctor. They did a lovely job and were proactive about doing a cricket for a wide roof. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the communication and customer service.

A neglected roof in the PNW isn't just getting dirty, it's actively being colonized.
