  I've been trying to get a hold of the roof doctors.They will not answer their phones. They put a roof on my house.Never put the vent pipe back and never put the vents back on top of my house. I'm gonna call somebody to see if I can get something done about this.

  I'm very disappointed that I have to write this. I got a decently installed metal roof, and it looks good. However, my gutters took a beating last winter, and now they might be coming off. The reason, of course, is that The Roof Doctor failed to install the snow stoppers, which are included in my contract. I'm sure I'll be issuing a lawsuit against The Roof Doctor soon. They blocked my number or disconnected the main line. Refuse to refund the cost of the damages or return my calls. Professional responsibility is nonexistent with The Roof Doctor, so I don't recommend them for service.

  They contracted another company to do the repairs on my 90 year old mother's home. There were 3 shingles that had came loose and we needed them tacked back up. We were suppose to get heavy rains and so we feel like they took advantage of the situation and charged us $900 just to tack back on 3 shingles because we had no other choice. Will not use them again! Way over priced!

  The Roof Doctor crew showed up early to begin the job. They worked diligently all day until the job was completed. They were polite and mannerly and cleaned up all debris when roofing was done.   I was very impressed with the speed of the replacement from quote, to start, to finish. The team is a hardworking group that took care of my property with respect and care. The roof looks great and again, completed a tear off and replacement for my home and exterior garage in about a day and a half. Joe's work on the front end with the quoting and estimate process was excellent. I appreciated his work with my insurance company as well, one less thing for me to do. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks Joe, Larry, and the entire team.

  Larry was great to work with! My roof started to leak due to storm damage and Larry went above and beyond to make sure one of his guys were there the same day to give me an estimate and try to find where it was leaking and do a temporary fix until we were scheduled for the replacement. He kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. My roof looks amazing, no leaks and his crew did a fantastic job with cleanup. I highly recommend The Roof Doctor!!!!! Stephanie McGraw

  Roof Doctors was great. Larry was very professional, he seemed to care about myself and my home and didn't treat me like I was just another sale. I was in a hurry with selling my home. He had someone come out same day to do some patch work and got me on the schedule shortly after to complete the repairs needed. He made a very stressful time less stressful. Thank you to everyone there who knows what customer service means and quality of work.
