We had a metal roof installed by Fenwick back in 2022, and everything went well from start to finish. The roof looks great, and the lifetime warranty is an added bonus! The one thing that is really annoying is how unavailable the company is for customers. Over the past few months (back into 2025), I've been trying to reach them for 2 reasons. One reason was to inquire about getting an additional snow catch for my front deck. The second reason I've been trying to contact them is about solar installation (not for them to install, but about warranty inquiries, etc.). But yet, I haven't received one return phone call, or a return email. Which is incredibly frustrating after you've spent upwards of 20k on a roof, only to have 0 support afterwards. Additionally, I've come to learn that solar installation on my roof is impossible due to the profile (ironwood shake) of the metal roof. Normally, I wouldn't direct my annoyance towards the roofing company for this, BUT during our installation we were asked if solar would be a possibility for us in the future, to which we said that yes, it would be something we would be considering in the future. We were told that solar wouldn't be an issue, just that we would have to contact the forever roof prior to installation to discuss warranty implications, install, etc. Very hard to get in contact with them (through email, email through their site, and phone). I can't imagine if I was in need of a fix or a warranty job. Hopefully it never comes to that, because I'm not sure I'd even be able to get someone to talk to.

I had a roof put on my house a number of years ago. I was happy with the work. I had a skylight break and tried to get hold of TFR. after two or three emails, I sent an email from their website. I got a response asking the nature of my …

Exceptional Service and Quality with Fenwick King and The Forever Roof. We had the pleasure of meeting Fenwick King at the Spring Home Show this past spring, and it was a fortunate encounter for us! We were in the market for a high-quality roofing solution, and Fenwick's galvanized metal roofing product turned out to be exactly what we needed. From the very start, Fenwick impressed us with his professionalism and expertise. He provided a clear and detailed estimate, and we were delighted to find that his quote was 17% less than the competition, who were only offering a standard steel roof. Not only did we get a superior product, but we also enjoyed significant savings. Fenwick and his team adhered strictly to the agreed timeline, starting and completing the work on schedule. The budget was also honored with no hidden costs or surprises, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout the project, his crew maintained a high level of professionalism, ensuring that our property was respected and kept clean. They were polite and courteous, making the entire experience hassle-free. The end result is a beautiful, durable roof that has significantly enhanced the look and value of our home. We are extremely satisfied with Fenwick King and The Forever Roof, and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch roofing services. Thank you, Fenwick, for a job well done! Excellent high quality product with equally excellent service. It took 3 weeks to order the metal for the roof in, and it was installed right away and took two weeks. The team was there M-F, and kept a clean site. Extremely happy with my new roof!

We bought our house knowing we would need to repair or replace the roof but what we didn't know was how hard it was to find someone who worked on flat roofs. I emailed tons of places, many didn't respond, some did but they didn't seem all …
