  We apologize that you feel you had a bad experience. We don't send insurance adjusters out. It is the customer who files a.claim and has an adjuster come out. We did send out a laborer to look at the wood that would need to be replaced and you were advised that Michelle would come out to walk the roof of your carport as you stated that you did not want to replace your roof on your home because you had been advised by another roofing company to wait out a few more good storms before replacing your roof. Our laborer who walked the site to quote their portion of work does not do roofs so there was no need for him to get on your roof to measure. We provided you an estimate of 1900 as well as a description of what that included for the labor aspect of the repair and advised that Michelle was going to return to handle the roof portion. Unfortunately, our laborer was tied up with other jobs and would not be able to get to your roof in a timely manner. We were completely transparent about that to afford you an opportunity to find another company who could work your carport repair in. We did take your call in the office and unfortunately the owner was currently out on vacation and unable to call you back that same day. When we have several trades taking place, unfortunately we have to schedule them to walk the job site sometimes on separate visits. We do apologize if you feel that we were dismissive by being transparent that we were booked out and not able to work your repair in. We do wish you all the best in getting your repair handled and would love for you to have the opportunity to find a roofing company a little less busy who can take on your project.

  Had board on board cedar fence with cap and crown installed this summer. There are no caps on any of the posts and one of the boards is split where it was attached to the post. The other issue i have noticed is posts 8 foot on center instead of 6 foot. So one of these Texas winds could easily topple the fence. That worries me.

  Getting our roof replaced and wanted a quote. We called and left a message. They called back once missed us and left a message. I called back three times and left a message each time and emailed them. Never heard from them again. I guess they are to busy for more business.

  Ron speed came out to do my quote. Last august he told me I had 2 layers of shingles on the roof shot me a price including me removing a layer by myself to save money. I then spent the next 8 months saving up and came up with the money I needed. I called him again this past month to have him get started. He came and measured my roof again and then threw out a price $2000 higher than what we had previously discussed. When I told him that wasn't right and told him I had the amount needed and no more he came back at me later that night with a number $50 below my budget but still $700 higher than the price originally quoted. Crazy how the price dropped so dramatically. I called a different roofing contractor because it seemed fishy only to find out I was right and had only 1 layer of shingles on my roof. Ron tried to hustle me and take advantage of me desperately needing a roof. I got a new roof and gutters from another company for the same price. Texoma roofing will never have my business for any home improvement matter.

  Angelica, We have offered multiple times to fix your car at no expense. You have refused our offers. The high winds blew a ladder over and it hit your car on the bumper. Per our conversation at the time it happened, and during the multitude of conversations we have had with you both in person and on the phone, we have already both agreed mutually that our company is not responsible for the ladder hitting your car as it was blown over by the strong wind that was in the area that day. And even though it is not our fault, we as a company took the position of offering to fix your car at no expense to you by using our existing account at a dealership body shop. Your counteroffer was to ask us for cash money and told us you did not care to get your car repaired. We made the offer to fix your car at our body shop because the cost to repair will be accurate and verified. We understand that you find it difficult to get the car to the dealership. We are sympathetic to your issue and we have tried to offer solutions. We hear what you are saying that you do not have a day off and that if you did, you still can't get to the dealership. We understand you would rather have the money than get your car fixed. Per our phone conversation, we believe you may want to go ahead and contact your insurance company and file a claim.

  I ended up making numerous calls to this place. They did send someone out to give an estimate and he was real nice, BUT they REFUSED to give me an estimate. They wanted to see an insurance settlement first. Lol. Even though I was very clear that I was replacing the roof regardless of any insurance claims. I ended up going with okroofers. They were the least expensive. I recommend not even mentioning an insurance claim if possible. That seems to make everyone greedy. BEWARE of any roofers/contractors that insist upon seeing what your insurance claim is paying. Never give anyone the pages that outlines how much they pay and for what.

  I cannot say enough good things about Rudy Garza and the team at Texoma Roofing! From the very first inspection to the final cleanup, Rudy was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly responsive. He walked me through every step of the roof replacement process, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience completely hassle-free. The workmanship was outstanding, and the crew worked efficiently while paying close attention to every detail. My new roof looks fantastic, and the quality of the installation gives me confidence that it's built to last. The job site was left spotless when the work was completed, which I greatly appreciated. What really sets Rudy apart is his commitment to customer service. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right.   They showed up promptly and got it done in one day. Had to modify when the old roof came off but explained why and it made sense. Gutters replaced and now they work well. Cleaned up very nicely afterwards. Cody was the project manager and was great. Highly recommended

  We had some issues with storm damage and damage from all the dishes that had been mounted over the years. Rudy got things rolling for us. The day after our new owner took over, the crew was out there and taking care of business. Thank you guys for jumping on it and getting everything knocked out.

  Michelle and her crews were wonderful to work with. We had window work, roofing and painting. All the work was very good, the workers all respectful and diligent in their attention to details, and the work completed in a very timely manner. I would recommend Texoma Roofing to anyone!
