These guys installed a new Eavestrough on my dad’s house. They live out of town. They don’t call back. They did a terrible job. My Eavestrough is falling off again. They screwed the Eavestrough to old wood. I think that the problem. I …

Teichroeb Exteriors installed metal siding on the north wall of our downtown location. We ran into a few hiccups especially since the downtown core makes for a tricky space to work in. John was very responsive to communication and was wonderful to offer solutions. We are very happy with the outcome and workmanship on the install.

Hi Maureen. Thank you for taking the time to share this. We really appreciate the kind words. Dave takes a lot of pride in making sure every project runs smoothly, so it’s great to hear that came through. I’ll also be sure to pass this along to John and Anthony, they’re a fantastic team and care a lot about the quality of their work and the experience they leave behind. We’re grateful you chose us for your project and are glad we could leave a strong impression.

David was excellent, showed up exactly at dates and times as discussed, reasonable prices, and got the full job done in 2 days. It's now been 2 years and our roof still looks brand new! definitely recommend and have recommended to several neighbours!

Our goal was to replace the siding on a rear extension as well as replace all eaves, soffit and fascia around the entire house. The old siding and faulty eaves on one side of the extension was causing water and ice to get behind the siding …

After noticing roof and shingle damage on my home from a falling tree limb, I contacted several roofing companies for repair quotes but was met with little response to my inquiries. Thankfully, a friend recommended Teichroeb Exteriors. I contacted them, and David came by to assess the damage. While there, I asked him to include quotes for loose shingles in other areas, replacing old and damaged plumbing and dryer vents, and capping off an old chimney. David and the Teichroeb team were quick to provide a comprehensive and reasonable quote. They came in and completed the work efficiently and professionally, matching the existing shingles and inspecting the entire roof and performing minor repairs on other sections of the roof that were not immediately visible. Highly recommended for their excellent service.

Was recommended to Teichroeb by a neighbour who is a home builder and uses them. I contacted 5 companies and only 3 got back to me to provide quotes. Teichroeb's quote was substantially (50%!) less than other quotes for same materials. They …

We are so happy with the large job that we had done - great communication with the company rep - a few small things after that we wanted tweaked and someone was there the next day to do all of them. We have neighbors wanting to use them as well - absolutely thrilled!!

Since moving to the area a couple of years ago we've needed a few things around the house taken care of (adding and repairing eavestroughs, replacing old siding, enclosing an existing lean-to, etc) and every time I've been very pleased with the responsiveness, quality of work and value for money. Looking forward to starting the next project with them soon! Before and after pics attached from the last project (re-framing and siding an existing lean-to to make room for a new roller door).
