We had a leak in one of our bathroom ventilation and contacted our neighbor Deder to get it looked at. Not only did he repaired the leak from but also gave us an honest assessment of what we needed to do in a near future for our entire roof for free. He is very professional and so easy to talk to. Its plus for us to have him as our neighbor as well. He has my highest recommendation for any roof repairs and minor repairs inside and outside any home. Thank you again Deder. Sincerely, Al and Jen (Your Neighbor)

We are new to the Lake Stevens area and Acquired a home 20+ years old with original roofing. and inadequate venting. Deter came as a referral and was prompt to answer my request for consultation. He proceeded to give me a complete analysis of my roof and attic space at no charge. After deliberation and seeking other bids for venting we decided to go ahead with Deter. He was very reasonable in pricing, explained thoroughly the process of adding venting and went the extra mile by answering all my questions completely. He made sure the job was done right in terms of best materials and practices. In addition I found him to be friendly, courteous and professional in all respects. Do not hesitate to give him a call if your interested in roofing, or general remodeling.
