Suretop Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Suretop Roofing.

Absolutely horrible experience, my contractor used this company to install a metal roof on my brand new home in Danville, Va. After a while of being in the home we noticed metal sliding off the front of the roof. My contractor contacted them and they sent someone out to “fix” it. They left out half the screws holding my gutters in and scratched the tin roof. After having that experience my contractor and I got on the roof and noticed half of the tabs on the entire house were not bent over correctly and end pieces were literally falling off the house. My contractor has tried reaching out for over 6 months to get the issue resolved and has only been able to get in touch with him once or twice over the course of that time with false promises that he is going to come out and make it right. He will not respond to my contractor even after photos have been provided to him of his poor quality workmanship. I have attached two photos but the entire house is done in this fashion. If I could could give zero stars I would.

I had SureTop Roofing replace my 20 year old basic 3-tab shingle roof with 30 year Certian Teed architectural shingles. What a difference. The house looks great! They took care of everything! Starter strip, drip edge, pipe boots, felt… they even did my tool shed roof. Carlos and his crew were fantastic, professional and polite. And now I look forward to rain storms because SureTop Roofing has protected my biggest investment. Just look at the before and after photos.

Sure Top Roofing did the standing seam metal roof on my personal house, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The roof looks great, they showed up on time, finished within the timeframe they promised, and made sure everything was done correctly. I highly recommend Sure Top Roofing out of Burlington, NC, for anyone looking for quality roofing work. Great company and great experience!

Standing seam metal was the right call for that house for sure! Wrapping the boxing in the same metal was a game changer….tied everything together just right!

Donnie and his team are excellent and professional. They do quality work at a very reasonable price. Suretop was $10,000 less then a couple of the quotes for the same product. He replaced our roof and did an excellent job. They communicate with you very well and his crew takes the time to protect your property and cleans up like they were never there. I wholeheartedly recommend Suretop Roofing.

Suretop has been our go to for repairs on our roof and then finally a replacement. They also did out room on our detached building. Their team is prompt and keeps the site clean. We wouldn't believe how quick and efficient they were. The whole neighborhood took notice. I wouldn't use any other business for our roofing needs.
