  I had my roof replaced in early 2021 after the derecho in August 2020. Could not figure out why I was having random spots come through my garage drywall. So I would trace and date them to see if they grew. One spot continued to grow and others started popping up. I called in a different contractor to look. The picture is what he found. Water had been going in through the holes (from 2021-present) into my attic, through the ply wood flooring and insulation then staining the drywall in my garage. Originally I would have thought twice about going public with this, but seeing as during the storm repair siding project (2020-2021)we actually had to have the foreman come back out as we found the contractors only put INSTALLION we paid for on the front of the house and not on the back. I did have two pieces of facia fall off and they were quick to respond and put them back up, which was nice, but should they have fallen off in the first place? I called and left a message. I will see how they respond and then change my review if warranted.

  How this company is rated so well, I don't know. They're a joke when it comes to their actual work. They lure you in with the "free evaluation" only to try selling you stuff you don't need. Their sales reps no very little about the work they're selling. Their work is subpar, definitely not upper tier work by any means, which at the price they're at, it should be. I'd encourage anyone looking for work to be done to their home to stay clear of Superstorm Restoration. You'll be better off doing so.

  They took a sample of my siding. Over the next two months, I kept reaching out to them to get updates. They kept saying they would look into it. After two months, they said it must have gotten lost and asked if they could get another sample. I wound up finding someone else. I would recommend you do, too, if you want the job to get done.

  This company had a representative show up at my door offering a free roof and siding inspection. After their "inspection", they said they found storm damage and recommended we submit an insurance claim. I had my regular roofing contractor inspect our roof the next day. They found zero storm damage. STAY AWAY FROM STORM CHASERS WHO SHOW UP AT YOUR DOOR!!

  Called Superstorm after last week’s blowing rain had pushed through a window seal badly. Chandler came to inspect it and discovered it is the window seal and the driving rain pushed through causing the bad leak. Gave us advice for how to handle. Climbed up in our hot attic to determine cause of a second issue and refused to charge us a dime. You can trust Chandler to do the right thing for the client even if it means he won’t have a paying job to do. Used his company years ago for total shingle replacement. Did excellent work, no surprises. Highly recommend.

  Easy to schedule and punctual. Chandler had the problem diagnosed and taken care of in just a few minutes. Everything was explained in detail and a written report was provided before he left. Not sure what else you could ask for.

  In the last round of storms we had wet ceiling where we had thought we had fixed leak by a different roofing company a couple years ago. Got a great referral for Superstorm Roofing and Siding, so I gave them a call. They were able to get me on their schedule sooner than I thought they would. And when they came out they found the culprits right away. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything before they did the repairs or other tactics I’ve seen. After they finished up we talked through a plan on how to fix some other the other issues I have going on and gave me an honest opinion on when we should want and/or expect to replace the roof. Really pleased with the whole experience.

  I woke up this morning after a rain storm to water coming out of my ceiling fan. It’s a holiday weekend, and Chandler came out right away. He got up in my attic, and up on my roof to figure out the issue and get it fixed right away. He explained everything, and guided me through what my next steps need to be.   Highly recommend super storm!!!!! We couldn’t find anyone to take on such a small job. It they were up to the task! The previous homeowner added on this right side of the shed but we have had lots of problems with the roof leaking. Super storm came today and replaced the roof, cleaned up after they did the job, the guys were really nice and respectful. Our roof looks great and now we will be able to enjoy our shed!
