  Luis, the owner, was very good at keeping us informed throughout the roofing project in Nov. 2023... starting with the start date estimate due to bad weather, to updates on the project and then allowing us to inspect the roof before paying. He obtained the necessary permits quickly, sent us a photo album showing every step, and his work was excellent with the flat and pitch roofs, fixing and sealing around the roofmount air conditioner, as well as the skylight.
