  Customer service is awful and the person that came to my home was late and rude. I wouldn't recommend them to change a light bulb.

  great job on my reroof. completed in one day as scheduled and stx kept me advised of the details as work progressed. work and cleanup were first rate.

  They will not notify you when they are coming to work on your property, will come at the crack of dawn and block your entire driveway while they work. When you ask them to move so you can leave and go to work, they will be extremely rude and will take their time moving. They also have small children that are on the job sites while working.

  I chose STX to help me after Hurricane Laura but I now regret that. Being a veteran I thought I could trust a company ran by veterans, that is not the case. After my initial appointment in October, I have not met back up with Jihree who is my project manager. We have set three appointments together and every time he blows me off with no explanation. I’m tired of the unprofessional behavior and having to wait on my roof being repaired. This is ridiculous.

  STXRoofing did a fantastic job. We had our roof replaced , including attic vents and gutters. They kept in touch regularly throughout the whole process (thank you Ms. Marisa). Ernest and Russel came out several times to satisfy the insurance demands. They provided professional and honest service, answered all the questions, explained material differences and made scheduling and installation a breeze. Definitely recommend!!
