  Signed a contract for heat tape and gutter cleaning and repairs on 9/2/23 and they still have not shown up to do the work. Last they told me was end of November. It is now middle of January and they won’t return phone call after leaving multiple messages.

  Haven’t used this business, however one of your drivers was driving recklessly, they changed lanes in the middle of an intersection not once but TWICE, one of the times cutting me off in the process. Probably shouldn’t drive like that while in a truck with your company’s advertising on it.

  We used this company for a entire new metal roof. On Top reduced the number of gutters and heat tape that were originally present. In the two winters since, we have had significant leaks and ice dam formation. On Top consistently refuses to warranty their work and will not even meet with us. We have contracted with a separate roofing company to remedy the faulty work of On Top at our additional expense. I would encourage any potential customers to proceed with extreme caution when dealing with On Top.

  We built a home with Green Tech Construction ( which was a big mistake and deep regret because he turned out to be an incompetent builder). We had issue with our roof for years until Tony/ Jesus and On Top took over and repaired our roof. They were extremely professional and worked with patience and detail to make sure everything was done correctly. I really want to give a personal shout out to Jesus Benetiz whose customer service has been amazing! He has a big heart and takes every measure to make sure that home owners are happy and satisfied. If you ever want to make sure your roof is done right! Make sure you have Jesus Benetiz managing your project!
