  Gary and the crew did a excellent job on the roof did great clean up thank you all. Until I went up to check out work I showed tiller the work that was done and I'm not happy you guys need to call me you don't want me to post photoes

  We chose to work with Storm Guard after the March storms in Arnold. We needed siding and gutters, we met with Terrerance- he seemed great and spoke highly of the crew so we were excited to get things moving along. The first crew was for the siding, we later found out that Storm Guard had never used this crew before and it showed! There was so much work that was NOT acceptable. We had a new roof placed prior to storm guard arriving and after storm guard was done we saw they literally drilled holes through our new roof for their pump jack. Ruined our brand new roof. Our bird boxes were completely uneven on our garage, they used a dark brown caulk ( when everything we had was light in color) and it was so sloppy that the caulk was everywhere. they reinstalled our gate so poorly that it couldn’t close ( we have a dog so we couldn’t let her in our backyard until the second crew was able to fix it) . Every time we looked outside the workers were all over their girlfriends- they clearly did not care about work being done or being done the correct way. We reached out to Terrance but he was no longer with the company so we had another project manager assigned- he was great and stayed with the second crew who had to fix the first crews mistakes. The gutter crew did an adequate job, no issues there. We get our final bill and we were told that they would come to our house to pick up payment and provide the warranty information. A new person shows up way earlier than expected- forgot our warranty info and said he would be back in a day or 2 and would call to let me know when he was coming. No call and 3 days later another random person just shows up to our house. Working with this company was honestly a nightmare and we are just glad to be finished with them. I would NOT recommend them to anyone

  I would not recommend this company. I got a roof/plywood replacement in 2023. Then had some bowing in the attic September-Oct of 2024 with shingles showing. Called the company back to check it out. It was covered under warranty and they …

  We had to go with one of the companies on the insurance list. Their sales pitch was great. I do like the roof we picked. The problems are with the installation and clean up. The roofers didn't finish until after dark and didn't finish cleaning up. Nails, shingles and flashing left in our yarn and deck. My husband contacted them. The only thing that happen is someone came, didn't ring our door bell, pickup a pack of shingles and left. My husband had to do the clean up himself. They knew we have 2 dogs and assured us that we wouldn't have to deal with nails or other things that might hurt them. Crickets. Well this morning, not even an hour before they arrived, we got a call that the team that would be installing our gutters was coming. Guess what? They didn't clean up either! They also left our gate open! We have 2 dogs!!!! The work looks ok, but I am not getting up on the roof, so the only thing I can base their work on is how the treated our property. I would not recommend this company to anyone. 11/15/23 My husband was told that someone would come back to install our gutter guards because he , the rep from Storm Guard, brought out the wrong color. No one came back, but we were sent an estimate for gutter guards?! That was part of our original contact! We are still finding roofing nails too. I was going to take my review down, but not now.

  Had difficulty getting them to respond to my phone calls and texts. Job was well done but very overcharged. Was suppose to call me back about a second job but never did.

  Toby, Thanks for your feedback. We have a CRM system that logs all of our calls and texts to determine if our reps are following up within our internal guidelines and will be glad to check. We are insured professionals and do maintain credentials in our field; which is why we do have trip charge minimums on repair work. We appreciate the opportunity to help you with your repair.

  I don't really like doing reviews, but all I can say is if you have any roof ,siding,or gutter issues, give these guys a call. Everyone from the office, to working with Scott,Trevor,And Gary was the easiest best experience. House came out better than I pictured, and crews did excellent job,and cleanup was amazing. Just great fun professional people and work! Thank guys for everything.

  Scott did a great job. He found the problem quickly and he was able to fix the issue quickly. He is very professional and courteous. It was great that we have him come out to see what was problem. And like I said, he took care of it right away.

  We got new siding and it looks fantastic. We were very pleased with the whole process from the salesman to the project manager to the workers installing it. They were fast and efficient and answered all our questions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any home service!!

  Thank you StormGuard for sending your warranty manager Gary to help make the finishing touch to my double window project. He was friendly, did some touch up to make me happy and even helped me with a project of mine that I was having problems with. He went above and beyond.   Justin was great. He got here early and did really thorough job tarping the shed roof. When time came for shingles, the crew showed up on time, got the roof replaced, and cleaned up thoroughly.

  Huge thank you to Will Pruden and Gary at Storm Guard. They stuck with me through the whole process, helped enormously with the insurance, and were professional every step of the way.   I had a great experience with Storm Guard taking care of siding and gutters on my home following storm damage. From my initial contact with Denise to dealiing with Will throughout the process, they were extremely helpful and great at communicating. I had questions about some things recently and Gary was quick to respond and make some small repairs and answer all of my questions. He was extremely helpful! Thanks!
