  Make appointment and they don’t show up . When I call them they said they send someone and call me back but they don’t and after hours when I call again they said they don’t know and blame system.

  Absolutely the WORST experience working with Stay Dry Roofing! I have been forced to manage multiple significant leaks that have occurred with a roof that was ONLY 6 years old with a 5 year warranty! Engineering company, 4 other roofing companies, and insurance company all point to major deficiencies with installation. Missing flashing around fireplace, poor installation, multiple sub-par repairs, and terrible customer service. An absolute travesty to be forced to replace a 6 year old roof. Could never refer them in good faith.

  Wasted my whole day waiting in this guy to come out to give me a quote. I had to email him to ask and never emailed me back. I called the office three times the girl did not care either way. Finally after o said o want to talk to the owner so he knows what is goin on on is when the salesman emailed me back and said oh am waiting on a price for a cap ??? Days went by and I emailed him again he said oh I emailed you the quote ( no he did not ). After that email he did send the quote but the only quote he sent was for a new food which is like 350 square feet wanted ten thousand dollars for just coating. He never sent me a quote to repair the area that needs to be repaired. This is why a called and waited all day for him to come to my house. Not a new roof just a repair. Never got the quote for a repair. Never heard of begging a company for a quote. Must nit need work

We will ensure our response time for estimates will be shortened as best as possible. Considering your roofing needs, it is our estimator’s professional opinion that the flat roof in question, is beyond repair, due to experiencing leaks already, despite the current silicone based coating being in place that was added as a repair attempt. Due to the roof being a 2 layer roof and the roof not being easily accessible, resulting in difficulties loading and unloading as well as a tapered system that was quoted for this roof to help with the longevity, including a scupper that needs replacement, the quoted price is higher than usual because all these items can unfortunately create a balloon and affect pricing. We thank you for your understanding and your feedback on your experience

  They drove several vehicles, including a large industrial truck with a crane used to lift shingles onto roofs, through our grass and halfway up our driveway while working on our neighbor's roof. They did not ask permission. They left tracks in our grass and damaged our driveway. The grass will fix itself. The driveway is old and not in the best shape but that is all the more reason not to drive a giant truck on it.

We drove around the roofs we had commenced around the time you had written your review, checked neighboring driveways and grass. We didn’t see anything on the neighbors property we had checked.   DO NOT USE! What a horrific experience, so unprofessional and shoddy work, they even failed county inspection and didn't even offer me an apology. They damaged my gutters and some of my soffit was missing. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

  We apologize that our work was not up to your standards. Although we had failed the inspection, it was due to the soffit ( which was corrected) and not the roof itself. The inspection was then passed shortly after. The soffit was attached to the fascia boards which (when replaced) ultimately caused the soffit to come down with it. The soffit was replaced with new. We apologize regarding the damaged gutters; however, we do explain to our customers ( both verbally and written) that gutters have to be removed in order to replace the drip edge and this does require a certain amount of force necessary to remove. This force tends to cause some damage to gutters which is in most circumstances, is unavoidable. Please also know that the plastic pieces of your gutter downspout extenders that you are using as pieces of gutters, appear to be incredibly old, as the slightest movement of these will cause them to crack and break, but regardless we were able to reinstall these. We have pictures we can provide ( which are time stamped) showing the reinstallation of these plastic downspout extenders before the pictures you sent us showing they are not installed. Please feel free to contact us directly with anymore concerns you have so we may walk you through them. Warm regards

  This company is not based in Florida. Nor do they employ any roofers here is SWFL. They subcontract and lie right to your face! Way over priced and they have no clue what they are doing! Stay Away is the real name for this company!

  Hey Shawn. We are a bit confused on your review. We have and always will be based in Florida. Our main office is located in Tampa. We also carry insurance for our employees who work with us everyday. There are other stay dry roofing companies that are not based in FL. We have had reports of individuals calling us asking questions about estimate they have received from us, that we have never given ( as we have had people use our license number and name fraudulently) especially with the terrible storm that struck the south.   I noticed a small leak and reached out to Daniel expecting a hassle. Instead, he showed up on time, took a look, explained exactly what was going on in plain English, and patched it on the spot. Then he told me there was no charge. No upsell, no scare tactics about needing a whole new roof. Honest, responsive, and clearly more interested in doing right by people than nickel-and-diming them. Five stars easily.

  The owner, Daniel, is a great guy! He came out to inspect my roof and skylight that they installed 8 years ago. I was relieved that everything up there is in good shape since Hurricane season this years is crazy to say the least. Thank you Stay Dry!   We had a great experience overall. Roof has a small leak and it was end of the week after hours, but they could sense my urgency and scheduled an appointment. Daniel was thorough with his inspection and was able to fix some issues on the spot. Good folks and very helpful!

  The staff at Stay-Dry Roofing could not have been more helpful and efficient! Kevin Murray (roofing manager), who supervised the job, was always responsive and knowledgeable with a consistently upbeat demeanor. You know he is going to take care of the job and any concerns that may arise. Always answering the phone - pleasant and re-assuring at every stage. The day of the job, stayed in contact and was on-site to check on progress...also helping to run extra errands for any additional supplies needed. You cannot ask for a better team. And Uli in the office was always available for questions and guidance. If she didn't have the answer, she knew how to get it. Always helpful and understanding. Don't even think of going to a competitor...this is THE BEST!
