  I have been reading many of your reviews. I see that there were only a few negative comments and your prompt replies. You made it right with your customers. I applaud that. I am sorry to say to you, you really dropped the ball on my siding replacement. Dan worked with us (don't know whether he is still there) and took care of us amazingly. The crew that came out was amazing. Sorry, i forgot to mention right off, this was several years ago. When it rains hard out of east, we get a leak at the door from the kitchen into the back porch. There are stains from ceiling. This only started happening after the siding replacement. Keep in mind that storms don't very often come out of east here in Joliet. After the first storm we noticed the leak. I contacted Dan and he came & looked at the issue. He could find any flaw in the workmanship. Our east facing upstairs window is directly above where the leak is coming from. Dan suggested that the problem may be the window as they wrapped and sealed all of the windows. Yes, our windows are newer too. Taking that suggestion, I cut out the drywall under the window and removed the insulation. No moisture whatsoever. I reported my findings to Dan. He said he would call me back. When he did, I was told that the owner refused to do anything about it. Dan, on his own, came over and made some adjustments to the track that the siding sets in. He saw the water accumulation. Not sure exactly what he did, but it made an improvement. Now we have to get a very strong storm out of the east, just like this morning, in order to see a leak. Maybe it still leaks during lighter storms but gets absorbed before it can drip? I don't know. All I know is that I get frustrated every time I see that leak, and knowing that nobody would do anything to make it right with me. I was a heavy truck mechanic for over 40 years. If anybody said there was a problem, my fault or not, I jumped in and fixed the issue. Customer service above and beyond. I'm sure yo

Regarding your siding concerns, our records show that the only two issues brought to our attention were a light block adjustment, which was corrected to your satisfaction the very next workday, and an electrical siding block that initially looked correct during a walkthrough with you. A few days later, we received a photo showing it had changed in appearance, and which we readjusted as needed also. We stand by our commitment to addressing concerns, but it's important to recognize that we promptly responded when notified. As for the project sequence, the roof should be completed first to allow for proper installation of the flashing system under both the roof and the siding, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and building codes. This was explained during the process, as it ensures the long-term durability and performance of your home’s exterior.   We had a great experience with Stan’s roofing! They were timely, professional, and offered a very fair price. The crew did an excellent job and kept everything clean and organized throughout the entire process. They even worked through extreme temperatures without compromising the quality of their work.   Had my roof replaced (complete tear off) on July 1, 2026.. 100+ degree weather. Crew busted *** and got it done in 1 day. They work hard, cleaned up my property .. fantastic job. Stan's is slightly higher in cost.. they're worth it. Product quality, company ethics and professionalism from start to finish.

  Calling and setting up an appointment for an estimation was very simple and the person coming out was on time and communication was great. Dan was great to work with. Very pleased with the work that we had done from the beginning all the way to the end. they worked with our insurance company due to hail damage and was very helpful.

  I had an excellent experience with Stan's Roofing from start to finish. They were able to schedule my project quickly and the crew completed the job much faster than I expected without sacrificing quality. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the price was excellent. A special thank you to Luke, who was extremely knowledgeable about the roofing products and options available. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me make an informed decision without any pressure. Liz was a joy to work with throughout the process. She was friendly, responsive, prompt and made every interaction pleasant and easy. Jesse also did a fantastic job coordinating with our HOA and the city, helping to ensure everything moved forward smoothly and eliminating a lot of potential stress on our end.
