The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Squamish Cladding. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

TJ and his crew did an excellent job. They were hard working, competent and tidy. TJ communicated well and kept me informed of his schedule and progress. His price was reasonable. I am very happy with the new metal roof.

TJ and his crew did an amazing job replacing my asphalt roof with a gorgeous metal roof. From the start, his knowledge and competence blew the competition out of the water. He clearly explained the benefits of his team's product and work techniques compared with other companies' options. He and his team were respectful, polite, informative, and really enjoyable to have around!! TJ was great about updating me regularly on the project as they worked. The workmanship was TOP SHELF, and the roof and snow stops look AMAZING. I could not speak highly enough of TJ and his team. His pricing was fair, and I know I can always reach out to him if I have any questions or concerns over the coming years. I would definitely reach out to TJ again if I ever have any other projects that require their skills. Thank you guys so much!!!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Squamish Cladding. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
