I paid over $800 to fix a leak on my tile roof. The next time it rained it still leaked and they refused to cover it.

Robert Vilches, owner, did a terrific job of repair on my roof and gazebo damaged in a February winter storm this year 2023. Dependable, capable, cheerful, knowledgeable with lots of experience in different types of roofs, this is the go-to company for your roof repair or upgrade.

Water leak around hvac penetrations. Their cost was competitive and they performed an extra step / applied a third material to better prevent future leaking that two other companies proposed. Made 4 trips to the house in total and on all 4 he was there at the appointed time. Great service.

I was recommended by a relative of mine about the Southen Tech Roofing job and about Mr. Robert Vilches and his good work and professionalism. I trusted him and the expectations were great and I would also recommend him for all kinds of roofing work because of his good quality.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Southern Tech Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
