  I am in Aiken, now and can finally submit my final review of the roofing job South Point Roofing did on my father's house. The roof looks really nice, and definitely is functioning very well as tested by recent thunderstorms coming through! I was very impressed with the inspection and itemization of repairs and additional structure details outlined along with replacing the roof. Soren and his team did an impeccable job, and the gutter team got their part of the job done nicely too. I have no problem suggesting South Point Roofing for inspection, and all other requirements of a roof replacement. The time frame between inspection and execution was excellent as is the finished product. Thank you South Point Roofing.

  I have been a customer of South Point for years with several rental properties. They have come out promptly to address roof leaks and impressed me with their thorough diagnosis and explanation of the problems found and solution recommended. I've always received excellent customer service. This year, when I needed two roofs replaced, I called them because I trusted that the job would be done right at a fair price. South Point MORE THAN exceeded my expectations with both roofing jobs. They made it possible for us to afford two roofs in one year by helping me secure zero interest financing. They patiently talked me through all my questions, scheduled both jobs promptly, and sent out a large and professional crew that completed the first roof in one day, and the larger & more complex job in 2.5 days with impeccable care during work and clean-up afterwards. But the REAL reason I am a loyal customer of this company is because of how they treated me when there was a problem. I didn't like the look of a section of flashing around the chimney on the more complex and difficult roof. It was functionally fine, but not how I expected it to look. The guys were kind and listened respectfully to understand what I wanted. And then they not only re-did the area I was disappointed with, but they fixed all the other sections to match, extending their time on the job by an additional half a day. I understand that they did not have to do that, and I am extremely grateful. It MATTERS who you do business with, not just when things are going right, but if you encounter any problems along the way that everyone I worked with-- Jordan, Dante, Sorren, Danielle (and Tucker who I didn't speak to but was behind the scenes making decisions)--was fair, respectful, and dedicated solving problems. Thank you guys! I'll be back when I'm ready to do the other two roofs!!
