  We are so disappointed with this company. I do NOT recommend their services to anyone. Our roof was damaged in a wind storm and needed repair. Source 1 Roofing offered the best price. The gentleman who gave us the estimate, Pat, was very nice and knowledgeable. The employee they sent to do the work, Steve, was not. He did a no call, no show. Then he lied and said he had contacted us multiple times to cancel the appointment. He texted us and claimed that he was given the wrong number. We pointed out that since he was TEXTING us, that he indeed had the correct number. (He didn't know what to say.) The company tried to set new appointments at times when we were unavailable. They kept sending confirmations for times that we never set. We finally agreed to an appointment in the afternoon and they sent Steve again. He did very shoddy work. He broke some of the replacement tiles and had to replace them with spare tiles that did not match the roof. Our roof is reddish Spanish tiles. Steve used a random green tile that noticeably sticks out. The work along the roof edge came out crooked. We asked him to straighten it out and he claimed, "That's how they go." Source 1 Roofing does not have online payment options. I tried paying before the work started, they said no. I tried to pay Steve the day of the work, he said I would get an invoice. They sent me multiple invoices with no option to pay. I tried calling to pay over the phone. They use a bot for their phone and no one calls back. Then I got a text asking me to pay through a random Zelle account. I asked why the Zelle option is not on their website , as this seems very suspicious. They finally offered to come to my house after hours to pick up a check for the work. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a licensed contractor. How do they stay in business?

  Had morning appt scheduled. Rep didn't show. He called later and stated that I thought we had an afternoon appt. If that was true why didn't he show then. Just stated, "Can we reschedule?" If that's how you conduct business, no thanks.

  Make sure to do your research before you have a new roof put on I looked this company source 1 roofing and the licence was suspended and bond was revoked too many complaints glad I did my research

  This was an issue with our bond being moved to a new company which has been resolved, our license is active which you can check online through the Nevada State Contractors Board. Any and all complaints we receive are addressed and corrected. I would gladly answer any questions regarding any of the complains including our most recent one where we did miss the deadline for the notice to correct. This customer received a full roof replacement instead of just a patch repair which did put us over the deadline but it was the best thing to do for the customer. It is important to research companies and find one that first you best and we understand that it may not always be us. Good luck and have a wonderful day.

  I tried to contact Source 1 for several hours to get an estimate, but I have yet to be successful. Their phone service kept hanging up on me and website contact page kept telling my message was spam and to contact them through another method. Moving on to another roofing company.

  Made an appointment for a roof repair or replacement estimate and no one bothered to show up, nor did I receive a courtesy call saying they wouldn't.

  Very nice staff and true to there word ! Worked with me to delay my payment until payday which was 3 days later ! Steve the roof man was very nice and on point. Jessica was very helpful will the questions I had! reasonable pricing . I will save there contact info for future use :-)

  They came out in good time after the rain when we discovered we had a leaking roof. After a big rain it’s so difficult to get companies to respond or come out in a reasonable time period. The owner, Jessica, got someone to come out and give us an estimate which was very reasonable compared to our previous estimates. We will know more about the actual repair when the next rain comes and hope to report good things! We received pictures of before and after so hopefully it all went well.
