  At the consultation about the pros and cons of getting the roof done. We were told that they would come back every three years to check the roof. It has been five years now and haven't seen a sole from the company. I guess they got my money that's all that matters.

  I asked for a quote a week ago! Mr. Garret went to my house, he only took pictures with a phone. My house has 3 floors so I assumed he would use a drone to see the ceiling or something like that. Well, at first everything was fine until he saw that we were Latinos, then he started to be a little sarcastic and even racist! Apparently consider that because we are Latinos we can’t renew a roof! I even told him that in 3 months we will proceed and to send me the quote. Instead, He used a translator as if I couldn’t speak English (I speak English perfectly) and even asked personal things about where we worked and if we worked in “cleaning” discrimination just for being Latinos. (I even have more university degrees and better work experience than him) but despite this we never disrespect him. I think they should be careful which person they send to quote because what he did least was “quote” And finally Garret, learns to be less arrogant. And I don’t want the quotes anymore. Thanks

  I do not recommend this company, they do not deliver what they sell wish I could have just had my contract terminated.. Denny should be fired and the salesman need to stop lying to people.. chuck was about the most sincere person I met. Definitely inspect the work yourself, after doing my roof twice they still had pre drilled holes with no screws in them.. support your local roofers.. Now that it is almost January,2024, the weather hasn't been terribly cold but my newly installed skylights are very drafty, feels like we are sitting outside, wasn't like that before the new skylights .I'm worried the skylights were not installed properly and I will have damage in the future.. yinz have been the biggest mistake in my homeowner life..

  I had spouting and down spouts installed with a special order color supplied by Solarshield. There was some misinformation between me and the installers and Chuck Divley Solarshield's project manager got involved and actually drove to my location and we briefly talked and got everything resolved. Top of the line customer service. Thanks again Chuck 👍

  SolarShield did an excellent job installing my new stone-coated metal roof! The communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. The installers showed up when they said they would, did an amazing job, and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I received a follow-up call almost every day with an update on the progress of the installation, which I really appreciated. It was clear that they cared about doing the job right and making sure I was happy throughout the process. I absolutely recommend SolarShield! They are a family-owned company, and you can certainly tell—they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. I couldn’t be happier with my new roof!

  I only gave them 5 stars BUT they deserve 10 stars ! Great people, easy to talk too and deal with, Good reasonable prices and excellent work on installation of roof and gutters and did a very thorough cleanup. Should I ever buy another house that needed a roof I would only have to make ONE phone call to hire Solarshield ! Obviously I will recommend them to anyone I talk too that needs a new roof. EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE, WELL DONE

  We had a new shingle roof installed today by Solarshield Metal Roofing, and the entire experience from start to finish was incredibly seamless. We chose Solarshield based on the recommendation of our long-time trusted friend, William Morrison, and we were not disappointed. We submitted an online consultation request over a weekend and received a call within 24 hours to schedule a convenient evening in-home consultation with Randy. He thoroughly explained the benefits of choosing a company with Solarshield’s longevity in the industry, reviewed their warranty, and walked us through the entire process. Most importantly, he provided a quote that fit our needs without any pressure to make decisions beyond our budget. One detail we especially appreciated was receiving photos of the staff ahead of time so we knew who to expect throughout each stage of the project. Once installation was scheduled, the team carefully reviewed all of our requests to ensure every detail was documented. Our project manager, Chuck, kept us informed every step of the way — from material delivery to crew arrival times and estimated completion. During the day of installation, we also received a customer service call from Nate, who was extremely kind and helpful. It was clear that Solarshield values communication and customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. The delivery driver arrived fully informed of the project specifics, and the crew showed up on time and worked incredibly hard. They completed our skylight and chimney removal, installed the new roof, and handled clean-up in less than 9 hours. The workmanship and efficiency were truly impressive. We also have the peace of mind that their office is local!   Solar Shield put a new steel roof on our house and I am beyond satisfied. From start to finish, all contacts with them were totally professional.
