  SmartRoof did a great job replacing my roof. The project was seamless from start to finish, all planned and inititiated by the SmartRoof professionals. The roof installer crew worked a very long day to complete the job, and they are very well trained to install roofs. I was amazed by the whole roofing experience.

  From salesmen to super to crew, the entire team is professional, responsive and highly knowledgeable. Fantastic company. Emmanuel Odagbodo, Cali Moorman and Mr Moorman (who first knocked on my door) all deserve recognition.

  Smartroof did an excellent job in replacing our roof that had been damaged in a storm. They were extremely efficient and did a great job in cleaning up after the project.

  We had amazing experience starting from beginning. The initial inspection and what we require was understood and communicated very well by Luis. Every details of whole process was discussed and informed to us in advance by whole team. Delivery of material installation process , different dates and the actual installation was handled very well with no issues. Rich install project manager kept us informed each step on install date. Whole crew finished install before time. I would strongly recommend Smartroof to anyone.

  Although we dealt with various representatives along the way (all positive experiences), Caleb Hendrickson was THE star by far, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience regarding our project needs and providing excellent overall customer service. Based on this positive experience, we would definitely consider exploring other Smart Roof offerings for future projects. 7/30 update --- AND to further illustrate the customer service I'm speaking of, Mr. Hendrickson stopped by my house to doublecheck a concern I had regarding tree trimmers"proximity to my freshly completed roof/gutter job. He added me to his existing schedule and made a quick inspection to ensure that all was OK. It's rare to find this level of customer service and I really appreciate it!

  Caleb Hendrickson is a very professional representative of SmartRoof, he showed great customer service, and did not stop until our problem was resolved. I will not hesitate to recommend him to all my friends.

  Best contractor experience ever. Luis and his team at SmartRoof were exceptional and very timely and professional with no detail left out. Cleaned properly when complete and roof was done in a day! If you can get Luis and his team, you're in for a treat!
