  Avoid this company They subcontract everything and the sub contractors quality of work was subpar. Installed damaged shingles, punctured my ac line, we had no AC for a few day. They left a cap on my plumbing vent stack, my house smelled a sewer. Almost impossible to get them to return calls or emails. Avoid them if you can!

  Company constantly calls customers that already have a new roof and solar. Nobody is smart enough at this company to take instructions to remove me from list. If you can’t do that how could you be trusted to put on a roof

  Agreed, they showed up at my door selling their company and stated that a good roof costs $25k. I have many estimates from providers. They all use the same GAF materials and should not charge this much with their labor cost. A good roof does not cost this much!

  Fantastic company with sales and support staff that go above and beyond. From the initial quote and all throughout the entire process, Jason, Sulaiman and the rest of the team were there to answer every question and walk me through every step. If you called any of them they answered their phones happy to help. They worked with my budget and insurance company to make the process as easy as possible and the work was outstanding. They even made some repairs that were not in the project quote at no cost just to make sure everything came out perfect - which it did. I HIGHLY recommend Smart Roof and their team if you are in the market for new roof or repairing a roof. More than confident to recommend Smart Roof!

  We had the best experience using John Bluteau getting our roof and gutters fully covered by insurance because of the hail damage we had. He made the process so seamless! He was so responsive and transparent with us. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks John!!!

  The crew did an outstanding job, took the time to review my questions and left the property cleaner than when they arrived. My highest kudos to them. Special mention goes to Devon Cruz who continually monitored the work and provided numerous opportunities to fulfill my needs.   I am 100% satisfied with the roof replacement. BIG thanks to the sales rep. Michael Berstler who put so much effort to inspect my roof and the project designer who went me through all the details. Also Sulaiman and Jacob for timely organizing work.The front and back yards were left clean.

  Just recently had the roof done on our house since it was basically falling apart and our family could absolutely not be happier with not just the results but the process as a whole working with Smart Roof. From day 1 you could tell they really care about their customers and giving them the best customizable results possible. The whole team, from contractors to supervisors and especially the ones installing the shingles were so professional, worked so hard, and you can just tell how experienced they are. They all worked as a team and answered every single question or concern we had regarding the roof install. No matter the time of day or how small the question, Sulaiman was there to help. I could not recommend Smart Roof enough! I’m so glad I decided to go with them so if you’re looking to get work done on your roof, you will not be disappointed!!

  I am very happy to have worked with Smart Roof. Nick was the agent that contacted me and explained the process. From the beginning he was honest and clear about the process, he dealt with the insurance to cover all the costs, and the end results were amazing. When the team arrived to do the work, they were diligent and timely. The job took only two days to be completed despite the cold weather and winds. Smart Roof agents were there to monitor the work from beginning to end, and maintained communication with me at all times. I am very happy with the work overall (which included new gutters), and recommend their services without hesitation. Thank you to the Smart Roof team!

  I recently had my roof replaced by SmartRoof. I am very satisfied with the final results and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. I especially would like to call out team members Colin Riley, James Moffet, Paul Brost and Sulaiman Sesay for their excellent service.
