  Beware, they don't guarantee quality! They performed a simple repair of a nail in the roof that caused a water leak. Just 1 year and 5 months later, it's leaking again in the same spot, but worse than the first time. I called them back to fix it, and their technicians showed me that the problem was that their repair hadn't worked. He even told me that this wasn't normal after such a short time. I had asked for supporting photos, which, of course, weren't included in their service report. Not very transparent... After receiving the bill, I told them I had no problem paying for the other preventative work they had done, but that an adjustment should be made for the faulty repair. Frédéric Morin then told me that, in his opinion, it's normal for a repair done within just 1 year and 5 months to fail because it's exposed to the elements. If it had been several years, I'd understand, but it's fast. Besides, I'm no expert, but I don't know many roofs that aren't exposed to the elements... Frederic refused to make any adjustments despite a $350 charge for travel, gas, etc., and a 16% markup on parts (not counting their volume discounts). So there's definitely room for adjustment. I'd say we're disappointed since we were referred there because of Mathieu Morissette, one of the co-owners. This is my first Google review. It's a shame, they're not a bad company, but we'll have to wait for their customer service. FYI - Three-quarters of their reviews are from their employees...

  Honestly, even though I've never dealt with the Pentagone Group, I can guarantee you one thing: the kindness and professionalism of their employees are priceless. I ran into them by chance at the Harnois convenience store in Rosemère when I was completely desperate with a flat tire. Without hesitation, they came all the way to my address to jump-start my car, expecting nothing in return. This gesture deeply touched me. Such kind and attentive service is rare. The day I need anything for my roof, I won't hesitate for a second: I'll turn to them. A team with big hearts, dedicated and welcoming. Thank you so much to the Pentagone Group.

  I received a quote and the work was carried out as agreed. The cost seemed high, but the damage was undoubtedly more extensive than I had anticipated. The contractor, however, inspected the other two roofs and reassured me.

  Professional service from sales to installation. The roofers were very careful, installing protective barriers all around the house, and did an impeccable job and left the site spotless. In an industry where there's a lot of shoddy work, Groupe Pentagone stands out by a wide margin. I recommend them without hesitation!
