  Please don’t let this place take your money you can come look at my roof on White rd it is a disaster I paid for almost all new sheeting and they left it and roofed over bad decking. This guy the owner will take your money lie about what is suppose to get done and then threaten you with law suits what a sad way to do business. 973 White Rd anyone is welcome to come see. And view the recording I have of you saying you would replace most of the sheeting when you was quoting this. Unfortunately your work speaks for itself and anyone the looks at this roof will never hire you.

  Paul, you did not pay for all new sheathing*. You have spent the last 24 hours spamming our company email with insults, threats, and borderline incoherent sentences that are hard to decipher. We have asked on multiple occasions for you to be specific about your issues with the roof. Those questions not only went unanswered, they were met with responses that, as far as we can tell, are only tentatively based on the English language. We have hired somebody who makes it their job to deal with human beings such as yourself. Hopefully, we don’t ever have to see you again.

  Sorry Jennifer, your insurance company must have been giving you and our PM different info. - they were pretty adamant that they were not going to approve you for a full roof replacement. Unfortunately we can only do so much, and your insurance company does have the final say.

  They charge extra for height, like everything they do is heights! Quoted me 420$ to replace a 17$ piece of Fascia that was 3ft long.

  Not a fan. We have an aged roof on our home. I called around for replacement estimates. The first thing out of this guys mouth was possible damage from hail or high winds. He said he could give me an estimate based on satellite image. I was put off that this guy called me back when I wasn’t home to actually get up on my to further investigate. He called back and said I have hail damage and he could get me a pretty substantial coupon from my insurance company. Well all the other well known reputable roofers in our area that looked at my roof said I didn’t have any hail damage whatsoever. Watch out that this guy might be trying to scam your insurance, the insurance might just pay the claim, then jack your rates because they know the roofer scammed them, you’ll be paying not him.

  Mr. Rea, our storm damage specialist would not have told you that you have hail damage unless you actually have hail damage. Your area got 1.5” hail on April 3 2018. The pictures of your roof have been reviewed and we stand by our assessment. Those pictures are available and would be more than happy to sit down with you to review what we found during our inspection. The fact that other “reputable” roofing companies told you that there is no damage is no surprise, nor does it mean that there isn’t damage. Large roofing companies, with large advertising budgets don’t prefer to do insurance work because of the turn around on their money. We strive to provide customers with every option available for their roof replacement. In your case, we were willing to go the insurance route, even though it would mean more red tape and a slower process for us to get paid. Also, insurance companies are not legally allowed to raise individual rates based on a catastrophic storm event.

  Had some damage come through in March, and Justin H. happened to knock on my door, when i was looking for a company to help. Perfect timing! Anyways, he has stuck to his word and has done everything he can to make sure we get these issues taken care of. Super helpful and knowledgeable guy. Highly respectable and honest folks over here at Skyward. Has the "ma and pop" feel to it being out of Grove City. Appreciate Justin and the team for helping us out in the community.
