  I do not recommend this company unless you are on the roof making sure it's done correctly. After roof was put on . I was having a new deck put on and found out the chimney had been leaking by another company. Skywalker put a new roof on rotten wood. I did contact Skywalker. They did come out and make it right cause they had no choice but I just wonder how many people have they done this too?

  Frustrating. Waited for my quote appointment for 3 weeks, and they cancel the day of because I didn't respond to a text from an unknown number 3 hours before the appointment. They should have CALLED me yesterday. I guess they are ok with losing $30k.

  Ms. Apple I'm sorry to hear that. I'm not sure who your husband spoke with, but all employment questions should come to our hiring manager at our office. We receive several applications daily for many job opportunities and hire based on our needs at the time.

  I had them come out for an estimate. The estimate was 10k higher than 4 other bids. So I called the office and asked for an itemized statement and the manager said he would let the sales representative know. 3 days later the representative contacted me saying he wanted to come by. I said no i dont have time please send me the itemized statement. He never did to this day. I called several times and was put through to the office manager and only received voicemail I left my name and phone number 2 separate times and no one ever returned my calls. BEWARE OF PRICE GOUGING...

  I got a quote and had the shingles replaced on my garage. The salesman who came out stated that there would be tarps placed all around the garage. And was told there would be a crew manager onsite at all times. Neither of those two happened. The roofing crew rang my doorbell at 6:55am in the morning. Within a short time they were on the roof stripping the old shingles. With no tarps on the ground. I didn't know at the time there was no manager on-site nor was anyone from Skywalker on-site. I asked if they can double check for any loose roofing nails. There was a kid with the roofing crew going around with a magnet. Forward to my mowing yesterday. I stepped out to the garage today to a flat rear tire on my zero turn. Which will now cost me $200 to get it repaired. 8/1/2017 UPDATE - Skywalker came back out and swept the area around my garage for nails. They are also covering the repair cost to my zero turn.

We like to meet with both homeowners during estimates so we make sure that everyone is on the same page. However, we realize that’s not always possible, and we apologize that you had trouble setting up an appointment with us.   We called them out to deliver us a quote. They came out, very friendly and professional. We described the two quotes that we wanted from Skywalker: 1. replacing the front porch overhang with EPDM and fixing bad metal shingles in the rear of the house 2. replacing the current metal roof with shingles. We actually had to call them no less than 4 times to even deliver us the quote. When we finally had someone call and give us the quotes we were given were $400 for the repair and 15k(ish) for the replacement. We told them we wanted to do the repair at this time, believing it was a good deal. Then it took another 6 calls to get them to even come out. Once they did make it out the workers began working on the back roof without even saying anything to us. We noticed that they did not do anything to the overhang so we went to speak with them. We told them that the front overhang was supposed to be replaced with EPDM. They said they called the owner and that he may be out to finish that later that day. They then did a simple patch on the front roof and left without saying a word. Once we got the bill from Skywalker, we called to find out when they were going to complete what we asked for. We were then told that the quote did not include replacing the front porch as requested. This was upsetting as that is all we discussed with the estimator, NOT a off colored patch job. We also told the workers that were on site what our expectations were of the job, and they still decided to patch it in a way we would have never approved. If they got conflicting information you would think they would at least ask the homeowner before applying a patch and charging us for it. This seemed like a misunderstanding and we simply wanted to have the job we asked for completed, not a job they estimated (out of the blue?) that we did not ask for. We were promptly told that they didn't care what we wanted and that since we were not happy with what they did (and no one would have if you saw the c
