  I would not use this company again. We had problem after problem including, incorrect ordering and delivery of supplies by Mueller Distributing to very poor communication by our salesperson Brandi. Although the finished produce is acceptable, (not impressive by any stretch), a few things were left undone. We had asked Brandi and Bill several times to seal the windows around the trim and we were told, "of course, we will take care of that". There were also a couple items that we asked to be fixed and again, we were told it would be taken care of. A significant gap at one edge of a roofline with will contribute to leaking to wrinkled siding we were told 'It looks like its too tight" are just a couple examples. One of the company owners Bill came out to do a final inspection 2 weeks ago and these problems were brought up again. The last thing Bill said to me as he smiled and shook my had was "there are a few things that need to be completed but I'll go ahead and collect the balance now", and..... you guessed it, no one has returned to complete the promised work. As of now, a guy came out a couple days after the initial review to fix the roof/eave gap. Windows remain unsealed regardless of their promise to do so. If you choose to use this company, I would highly recommend asking for a complete breakdown of the price for parts. We had about 20 linear feet of stone facing installed. Stone supplies were ordered according to their measurement at a cost of 10k. After installation, they had about half of the stone left over. They declined to give me an appropriate refund on the stone stating it was a special order stone and they had to “account for waste”. I think 50% is quite an overestimate. After speaking with owner I was issued a refund of about $1200.00 for the stone that Mueller broke on delivery. By the foreman’s own admission, they had not installed this stone before.   Horrible service came back out and crew did most horrible repair job will never recommend them period there crews are not professional and u have wait for weeks get them come back to do repair or warrenty work don’t respect our house at all

  Working with the Skyline team was seamless from start to finish. Jake and the team were all very friendly, professional, and HONEST which is hard to find in this world.   They did exactly what they said they would do. Most businesses try to cut corners after they have the job. Not Skyline. You ask questions and get answers. Never did like someone to play games. Great roofing outfit. Those guys stayed busy to get the job done.
