  Terrible service. Here I am still waiting for my medical clinic parking lot to be cleared. I reached out several times by email and phone. Meanwhile patients cannot easily access the building. Not impressed.

The job site was unsafe for our staff to work at heights. We have all our emails saved and I do not see any tardy replies to you, maybe that was something on your end?   This company left an estimate at my door claiming there was wind damage. I followed up and requested the work be done. I sent them my credit card information and requested a completion date. They requested permission to charge my credit card a 50% deposit, but could not give a completion date due to weather. I then asked to clarify if they were expecting me to give them a deposit without a completion date. From that point, no answers. I followed up two days later to deny the deposit and to erase my information from their files. A weeks later I found out they charged the credit card without authorisation. I ask if they charged my card and they reply simply "no?" In the end I had another company check out the roof. The roof had a single missing shingle, the rest was perfect. Sky high wanted to charge me 450$ to replace a single shingle. Do everyone in Orleans a favor and don't give these people any money. Go to reputable companies for your roofing needs.

  BEWARE BEFORE WORKING WITH THEM: They installed a eavestrough that did not fix the issue of water pooling in our neighbor's yard based on their estimator, Marc's recommendation. Instead 2 years later, our neighbor placed a By-law compliant which resulted in us paying a fine due to the lack of their expertise.

  We had mentioned that eavestroughing does not get installed on pigeon shelves and explained that eavestrough would not fix the issues with water shed to your neighbour. We did give you a price for what you thought would be the solution, on June 23rd 2020, and you chose not to go ahead with it.

  This is the worst company I have ever dealt. The quality of their job is terrible. No sense of urgency. No customer service. No value. No responsiveness and at the end they try to bullish you because they flailed to do the job. They charge your credit card and then at time of refund, they don't refund in full.

  Kayvan, As this is your first winter with Sky High, I took the time personally to address your concerns. When I came to your home in the afternoon of February 4th within hours of this review, I met with your wife. The service you purchased from us is to clear snow from your driveway and walkway. There is no ice maintenance included. Your driveway has an ice build up from freezing rain and freeze thaw cycles. Ottawa winters are notorious for ice build up. The only solution for ice build is to apply salt. Unfortunately, you have not been salting your driveway and so an ice build up developed from freezing rain and freeze thaw cycles, not from unplowed snow. I have sent you an email with the details of the service you purchased. I hope it explains things for you better.

  Sophia, thank you for your review. As a member of a group of homes all together on one contract, and not a direct customer per se, we recommend you check with the co-ordinator of your group to see what level of service was purchased for your site. We understand you are new to the site. We have been servicing it since the late 1990s. Our records show the co-ordinator always chosen the very basic level of plow with no hand shovel areas and NO SALT. If you would like to see ice maintenance on your site, your co-ordinator of the contract can certainly request the service. I'm sure the co-ordinator would be happy to share the contract details, including limitations of service, with you directly.

  Had a wonderful customer service experience with Sky High Roofing. They were very easy and responsive with email communications, and gave me a competitive quote for replacing 2 roof vents. Due to a poor weather forecast they had an opening for the repair job the next morning and they arrived and completed the job in less than an hour. Highly recommended company and I will definitely be using them for my next roof replacement.

  Had a great experience with Sky High. Everything was smooth, fair, and professional from diagnostic to fix. What appreciated most was that they had the same crew that diagnosed the issue come back for the repair. We've had issues with bad communication between two separate teams before, but the guys knew exactly what was needed when they arrived and quickly fixed our leak and some other small issues. Overall, very happy with the service we recieved!

  Gutter guards ensure I won't have to get on the roof. The price seemed expensive but fair and Paul worked with me. Leaf filter quoted me $15,000 (ridiculous and not even remotely fair or in line with others costs), I paid less than a third. They are also a local company and I like to support local. Installers were professional and fast. In and out within an hour, hour and a half. Thanks guys!

  I just wanted to give this company a rating based on the experience of getting a quote! The response time to my inquiry was immediate and Jess and Paul came by to do the quote within a day or two. They were extremely helpful, spent a lot of time reviewing our roof and property, shared some valuable information and details about their work. They left us a great package which included sample materials.The customer service team at the office responds to all inquiries and ensures questions are answered, they are amazing. I also researched the shingles product they use and it is a top rated product in the industry. I highly recommend to anyone to contact them. Probably the best quote experience I have ever had for any service on my home.

  My experience with Skyhigh Roofing was entirely positive from the assessment and estimate to the clean-up and billing. They told me that only my front shingles needed replacing, not front and back as others had suggested. They provided detailed information on the materials and processes they were going to use and explained why. They were flexible in scheduling but once we set a date, they immediately began planning, including getting a much needed parking permit from the city to accommodate their vehicles and equipment. They arrived on time and worked steadily through the day with a minimum of disruption to our household or our neighbours. They cleaned up after themselves and did their best to preserve my front garden. Also, their office staff were unfailingly responsive, pleasant, and well-informed. And the roof looks great. Altogether, a very professional and efficient company to work with.

  Recommended by IKO for the Orléans region. We were given a knowledgeable presentation at our home. We were left with an informative professional folder containing specifications for all the elements that were installed. The price was mid range and competitive. Care was taken not to damage the driveway when the refuse container arrived within days. The crew show up the following morning. Work commenced with removal off the existing shingles. Within a few hours the IKO shingles were delivered and hosted to the roofline. Over the course of 2 days all the elements were installed correctly. Cleanup occured each day. We are very pleased with the product, installation, and the crew.
