  Bad customer service, won't respond to phone calls, want to get paid but won't come do final inspection. Some of the work is done poorly

  After realizing you are the type of customer that requires a bit of extra attention, I, the owner, personally came to oversee the work that was done. Everyone was satisfied until weeks later when something happened to your garage door rail. It appears it has been ran into or pried on with a prybar. This was obviously not an issue of craftsmanship.

  Chris Landrum explained the whole process very well and was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Chris Hemel and Orlando did a very nice job at putting up our new gutters and down spouts.

  This is the second roof Shull Roofing has done, as always they are impeccable . From the nice gentleman whom came and did the initial assessment, to the roofers, to the nice ladies in the office, and Ryan Shull, Shull is second to none. Shull sets the bar high for other competitors. If you want your roof done and done right, choose Shull.

  I just want to say how much I appreciate Chris remaining in contact with me and checking in with me often about the status of my roof repair. We are going through a state program and the process has been less than exciting. He showed up very quickly for the estimate and continues to show interest in performing and completing the job. He has also shown an interest in the program we are utilizing so that he may be able to help others down the line. I appreciate him and his patience throughout this whole process and will recommend him to others!

  Eugene from Shull Roofing installed our new gutters today. The gutters look great and he and his crew did an amazing job. They arrived on time and finished in 7 hours. Eugene ensured all the old guttering was removed and they did an excellent job of clean-up.
