  Working with Dennis ultimately turned out to be a disaster that likely has to work its way through the court system unless Dennis comes through at the eleventh hour. Shingle It Two installed a new roof, gutters, and soffits at my home. They were reasonably priced. They were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about roofing and other things (windows, etc). First, I previously spent thousands of dollars on mesh gutter guards, which Dennis assured me he could move to the new gutters the same way they had been on the old ones. But they didn't sit right and in some places didn't hold, and according to the gutter guard company who looked, Dennis' crew failed to re-attach them correctly. Sections had insufficient brackets and or were missing the mesh itself. Dennis tried unsuccessfully to remedy some of these issues by adding screws, but the gutter guards continue to be improperly affixed today, and a section is missing entirely. Since October, I was waiting for him to provide a solution. It's now March. When I confronted him, he acted like he had no idea why I would be upset and yet again said he'd come. Moreover, the gutters could have been compromised by adding all those extra screws. Dennis appears unwilling to file a claim with his insurer even though he says he has insurance. (But see note below about how Dennis accepts payment.) He is definitely capable of doing the job right, as I've seen examples of his other work. He should do so. Second, I was never happy with the shingles themselves. Various roofers have told me that Dennis's installation was "poor workmanship." To improve the appearance, I believe Dennis added extra nails, which did improve the esthetics. But, I'm concerned that adding more nails presents its own issues, and I wish the roof had looked right in the first instance or that Dennis would have redone his work, which he still should do. Third, Dennis's crew damaged an attic HVAC pipe, causing a refrigerant leak, then blamed me for the damage (

  I would like to thank Dennis and his team for the utmost professionalism and quick response to fix my roof I had a terrible leak coming in and Dennis came right over even on a weekend day to assess the situation he didn't pull any punches and gave me a very fair estimate and actually fit me in the following week so we did have some rain but he still fit me in the same week he goes above and beyond for his customers not only was the job well done but he explained everything to me from soup to nuts he made a very difficult situation tolerable his workers were respectful and appreciative they left the place cleaner than when it started Dennis is a very down to earth person and answers any questions you have without making you feel stupid ironically that night we had a major rainstorm not soon after you left and not a drop of water came through I would not hesitate to use him again for any roofing projects

  I can’t recommend Dennis and the team at Shingle It Two enough. They have done a tremendous amount of work on our home over the years, including installing brand new siding, new doors, windows as well as completely transforming our garage into a beautiful pool house. From the very beginning, Dennis has been reliable, professional, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. When you’re trusting a contractor with major projects around your home, having someone who shows up, follows through, and takes pride in their work is everything - and that’s exactly what you get with Shingle It Two. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. They’ve taken on some pretty significant projects for us, and we’ve always been extremely happy with the results. Dennis and his team are the best of the best, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shingle It Two to anyone looking for high-quality work from a team that truly cares about their customers.

  The owner Dennis personally came to my house and inspected my roof. Repairs were done quicly and beautifully. Price was super reasonable. Highly reccommend using Shingle it Two for any roof repairs you may need.

  I don’t normally write a ton of reviews but finding a company to do a roof and siding can be overwhelming and I had such a positive experience with Shingle It 2 that i figured I’d share. Dennis came to give quotes on the work and explain what they offer and how the project would go. I was very happy with his pricing and description that we went with them. On the day the roof was done Dennis was there to supervise and make sure everything was done exactly as described. The crew was prompt and incredibly tidy. You’re not going to be finding nails from your old roof anywhere. And the crew is not some ragtag randoms that they grab from parts unknown - they are all long term company workers. They demoed my old roof and were honest with me about replacing any existing plywood. They used less than a sheet which was already built into the quote. No unexpected gotcha moments there. They had my roof torn down and replaced before lunch. The next day Dennis was back with the siding crew. Again - clearly professionals with pride in their craft. They knocked that job out quickly and cleanly. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. People say you can get work done cheap, fast, or good but only pick 2 - in my experience with Shingle It 2, we got all 3. I can’t say enough about how fantastic these guys were. I’ll be using them for all my jobs like this in the future and I highly recommend you do the same. Thanks again to them!
