  I have pondered about leaving this review for a while, but I just can't shake the situation that occurred. I have been in contact with the company for over a year they had came over and looked at our roof had reassured me that if I were to file a claim they were very confident they would be able to win it and get me a new roof. and reassured me that if they had to take it to appeal that they were very sure that they could win it. I was very hesitant to file a claim because I was nervous about causing an increase in my premium, and they assured me that a hail claim would not cause an increase in my premium. after a long review and them coming over for another review of the roof assuring me that they thought there was enough to file- so this had been the third time they had been on the roof at this point- I went ahead and filed a claim. I was in contact with them advise them and ask them when would be the best date for them to come and meet the insurance agent, the day comes and unfortunately a family member had passed away and I asked them if we should reschedule due to the fact that I would be out of state for the funeral. they said no, I did not have to be there. the inspection came. I spoke to the Allstate agent the next day, and they advised me that the representative from Shield didn't even get on the roof until after they had inspected it themselves! What had been said to me prior to was that they would be up there together, pointing out the damage together. the claim was denied. After the inspection then the shield representative backtracked and stated they didn't think they had enough to appeal!! I was appalled that he would state so many times before the claim was filed how confident he was, and then once the agent came, he stated that he didn't think there was enough. I was flabbergasted. I'm not sure what happened, and I'm really upset that I trusted shield, and yes, I'm saying Shield. I'm not going to personally call out the representative that came over

  They showed up on time, were organized, took care of my property and were always respectful and helpful and willing to answer any questions and address any of my concerns. After completing the roof, they cleaned up so well, that you wouldn't know they that they had been here.

  Shield Roofing replacement my roof and gutters. I've had several roofs before, but never experienced the professionalism, clear communication that I did with Shield Roofing. If you're in need of roof, gutters or whatver services they offer. This is the company!! My roof and gutters are beautiful and the quality of the shingles, Oh Wow!!. The staff there is Outstanding. Landon my Project Manager made everything stress-free. The crew arrived on time, protected my flower bed and cleaned the property, wasn't a shingle or nail lefted on my property. Oh, and let's not forget about Simone, the office manger this lady is AWESOME!! I've had several neighbors stopped by an complimented my roof and I referred Shield Roofing. They will start replacing my mama's roof the first week in August. I will never use anyone. Thank You Shield Roofing

  They listed out everything needed to replace my roof. My insurance company was impressed. Shield roofing suggested that I should elevate my shingle grade to prevent damage and get a manufactures guaranty. Sight was clean afterwards.

  This company is one of the best in the industry in all of DFW!! So willing to go the extra mile and help their customers. I highly recommend them for roofing and either putting on brand new solar panels or having them repaired.
