  I was charged for an estimate, they came out and said the estimate would take 3 business days. When they were in my home I told them all I want is walls cleaned in part of the home due to tobacco use from the previous owner. They told me they had to give an estimate for all rooms but I could edit it once I receive the full estimate. I was thinking a few thousand… I got the estimate for over $31k! Absolutely ridiculous. I called the day I received the quote to speak to someone about it and was told I would get a call back. That was on feb 20th. Due to never receiving a call back, I called again on march 13th. Was told I would get a call back in a few hours. It’s now the 14th and have heard nothing. So I got a quote that included stuff I explicitly expressed I had no interest in like drywall and insulation removal, HVAC cleaning, ozone & hydroxyl treatment (over $13k, by the way, for the ozone treatment alone)… absolute worst customer service and insane estimate… and I paid $154 for them to come out to even get the estimate. Considering nobody will call me back I have little hope of getting a realistic estimate or a refund for the cost of them to come out and waste my time. The only reason they get 1 star is because the young men who came to my home to get the info for the estimate were polite and timely. They are the only positive thing I can say about the company. I do not recommend using this company at all.

Our estimates are typically written to include all potential remediation recommendations based on industry standards so homeowners have a full picture of possible solutions. However, we understand that you were looking for a more limited scope focused specifically on wall cleaning, and we regret that this was not clearly addressed or communicated after the estimate was sent. We also apologize that your calls were not returned in a timely manner. That is not acceptable to us, and we are reviewing what happened internally so we can improve our response process.   Don’t even bother calling. The lady who answers the phone is not only as quick as a sloth, but is also quite rude. I was calling for emergency response, willing to pay whatever! (Which I stayed up front) After repeatedly answering all the questions by the receptionist, I asked if they would be calling me back sane day, since I had an emergency situation and all I got was a rude tone of “I SAID I’ll send your information out and they’ll be in contact with you”. They called back 2 full days later. Thanks, but no thanks.

  The Servpro team of Isaac and Mari were fantastic. They did a great job on our carpets. They were professional and Courteous the entire time they were in our house. Everything worked out perfectly and they worked diligently. They cleaned up, packed up and walked out of our home with a handshake and smile. We appreciate the teamwork greatly! Five stars out of five stars.
